ダブルブッキングで追い出される

予約し、カード決済し500mくらい歩いてよやくたどり着いたら予約がいっぱいだから無理だと言われました。隣のホテルに回され、そちらの対応は良かったのですがなぜこのようなことが起こるのでしょうか？カード情報まで入力しました。

It is exactly as the name states. Though near a highway, it is separated by enough space that you can sleep with the window open and I am a light sleeper.

Esta venido abajo, ademas pasa la ruta nueva por la parte de atras del hotel donde antes habia un cauce de rio y la montaña...ahora, la ruta. En la parte de adelante hay unas construcciones horribles! No es mas el lugar que supo ser. Una vedadera lastima

Sfeervol hotel

Het hotel straalt rust uit met een sfeervolle verblijfskamer met grote schouw. Ook het restaurant is sfeervol en heeft een grote haard. De omgeving is prachtig. Het heeft een mooi gebouwde spa.

Sfeervol hotel

Een sfeervol hotel met 2 grote openhaarden. Gunstig gelegen op loopafstand van Purmamarca. Rustig gelegen met tuin en mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

Excelente Hotel... tranquilo, el personal super amable.. la comida deliciosa no TV es excelente... los banos tienen algunos problemas de alcantaria, huele a veces mal.... es lo unico... el resto 10 de 10. vamos a regresar, por cierto.

Great location and fairly nice hotel.

The hotel is quaint and the rooms large with a decent bathroom. The quality of the bedding and towels was just OK but clean. The food was very good.

El mejor hotel en el mejor entorno.

El restaurante es extraordinario. Todos los platos son perfectos. El entorno del lugar, los jardines, el paisaje, las llamas paseando por el jardín. La atención super atenta del personal. Todo sobresaliente.

Bel hôtel attention à la fraude IVA/TVA

Nous avons passés 4 nuits: accueil anglophone parfait par un monsieur; hôtel globalement très agréable avec petit dej a qualité prix moyen et un restaurant le soir avec un bon rapport qualité prix et des mets succulents. à part 2 femmes de l accueil, personnel très correct Grand bémol: les 2 femmes de l accueil nous ont fait payés les 21% de TVA (Iva) que les étrangers sont exemptés de payer. Seulement après une réclamation très appuyée nous avons pu être remboursés. En plus le prix de la chambre majore uniquement 01/17 s est retrouvé majoré les autres jours aussi; il a fallu demander la modification de la facture à payer mais sans excuse de leur part. Comportements totalement inacceptables

Un hotel maravilloso

El hotel es muy acogedor, con habitaciones amplias, un restaurante fuera de serie y una atención cálida y profesional. Me gusta mucho el estilo del hotel, que ofrece muy buen servicio sin ser pretencioso. El desayuno es excelente. El restaurante ofrece una carta corta con muy buenas opciones que se nutren de los productos de la zona y preparados con mucho profesionalismo. Tienen un excelente spa, que incluye un jacuzzi enorme, muy acogedor. Está muy cerca de la plaza de Purmamarca, y de las 2 rutas importantes de la zona.

Decepcionante. Preferible ir aunó menos pretencios

El hotel está descuidado, la relación precio/ calidad es mala. Los colchones están vencidos, las almohadas de mala calidad. El baño muy básico y el desayuno pobrísimo. Pretende más de lo q es.

Todo excelente, la decoración, la limpieza, la amabilidad de todos. El único problema, viajando con adolescentes, era la ausencia de televisión. Nos encantaron las llamas en el parque!

great place to base your stay

Silencio is very centrally located in the Quedabra with fantastic views of the mountains and canyons. Great location to explore the surrounding area. Walking distance to town. Lots of different restaurants in town with nightly music.

Havre de paix

un superbe séjour dans un écrin de nature au calme sans TV.... le bonheur Seul le wifi a fait des siennes avec une vitesse d'escargot et de nombreuses coupures rendant impossibles tout travail via le WIFI.
