The hotel is meticulously maintained and the staff are attentive and very friendly. The beach is a five minute walk and there are grocery stores and restaurants also within easy walking distance. Breakfast begins at 8:00 am but is worth the wait. There are a wide variety of items to choose from, all fresh and well prepared. No place is perfect but not much to complain about except perhaps no access to coffee before breakfast is served. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was amazing, just missing vanity area in the bathroom and some hooks for towels , otherwise all was very good. Breakfast was nice. Pool was clean. Close yo the bear, walking distance.

Amazing stay. Staff is very friendly everywhere in the hotel. Big rooms, modern and very clean, amazing view! Breakfast had lots of choices, importantly variety of fruit options to take with, which was important for us as we travel with a toddler who snacks. Hotel provided a crib and extra towels when we needed. there is also a great gym with a view and sauna on 17th floor. This hotel should be 4 stars instead of 3 as it is rated in Google. Very happy with our hotel choice!

Es moderno, limpiisimo, delicioso desayuno. Pero es incómodo. Los lugares son lindos para los arquitectos, pero infuncionales. Desde un ingreso al estacionamiento hasta el baño que no hay donde poner tu ropa, el lugar de toallas tienes que ir al Water. Las almohadas son nuevas, de buena calidad, pero muy grandes pero incómodas. El cristal doble Silva cuando hay tormenta y te despierta. Y por tanto también caluroso o frío y todo el día encendido del aire acondicionado que está nuevo y central, moderno. Pero los alérgicos al aire acondicionado lo sufren. Por eso titulé así.

Short stay, hotel nice, well located walking distance from restaurants and shops. Staff helpful and friendly funny design. Just that breakfast starts late, 8 am, but it seems to be the norm around in punta del este. Thanks God that i travel with my kettle and press for early coffee..

Excelente ubicación. Todo esta cerca. Hay un super enfrente. El Palenque al lado que se come muy bien. La atención excelente. Lo unico que se podria mejorar es que las amas son un poco duras y las almohadas podrían ser mejor. Cuando les toque cambio seria bueno que lo consideren. 🙂

Tuve un inconveniente, ya que me desaparecieron de mi billetera 400 usd. Lamentablemente me di cuenta cuando ya había dejado el hotel. Deje en varias oportunidades mi billetera arriba de la mesa de luz, por lo cual es mi responsabilidad pero no deberían de pasar estas cosas. no puede ser que uno no pueda estar tranquilo y tenga siempre que guardar sus pertenencias adentro de la caja de seguridad.

good rooms, bad smell
the location and room decoration are fantastic. Room 1101 had a permanent and disgusting smell of drainage (bathroom tubes). Cleaning wise was very basic. They wanted to charge us USD 20 for a lost room key and USD 5 for a bike rental.

Atendimento e satisfação do cliente decepcionante
O hotel estava em boas condições, assim como o quarto, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar. Inicialmente quando cheguei relembrei que ficaria uma diária a menos, fato já comunicado ao hotel e inclusive entreguei o comprovante do hoteis.com com essa observação e o atendente do dia guardou e disse que estava ok mas, ao fazer o checkout, para minha surpresa o atendente do dia mudou a conversa dizendo que tinha que pagar a diária mesmo não usando-a e ficando no hotel. Tentei argumentar mas não houve jeito. Muito decepcionante. Não recomendo o hotel, até porque atendimento e satisfação do cliente deve ser a premissa número um. Não adianta o hotel ser bom ou razoável se o atendimento é ruim.

Lamentamos o inconveniente, mesmo que você tenha avisado por escrito ou verbalmente que desistiria um dia antes, você deve APLICAR a alteração no motor de reservas para evitar tais sobretaxas desde que esteja dentro do período de cancelamento. As taxas são estipuladas pelo site e a cobrança de comissões é aplicada da mesma forma, a menos que o cliente cancele ou aplique as alterações corretamente.

This is a very unique hotel with great rooms. The rooms are large, modern and the entire outside wall is glass, in our case looking out onto a green area. Upper level rooms have great views. Staff were all wonderful and the included breakfast was just excellent. It is away from the peninsula but in a good area with all the services, and a short 15 min. walk to Brava beach..which was wonderful too.
