Buon compromesso, a 30metri dalla spiaggia

Hotel essenziale, wifi ovunque, buona colazione. Beach Club piccolino, mare molto bello, ma in Rep Dominicana c'e' decisamente di meglio. Il problema e' che sulla spiaggia ci sono vari negozietti e si viene assaliti di continuo da gente che cerca di venderti escursioni, massaggi, souvenir, treccine... Nella viuzza ci sono diversi ristoranti, Captain Cook e' buono, Celina e' molto meglio.

The location was perfect. The beach, shoppes, restaurants gave a real feel of Punta Cana unlike resorts. It continues to be my place to stay when visiting the area.

Excellent budget bed & breakfast steps from beach

The road corner lot where it's located is pretty sketchy but the rooms are incredibly spacious. I was disappointed when I arrived and found out there was a power outage and they only have a powerplant in the main love. Luckily, power did last all night. AC works amazing. The property was dirty and would recommend they wipe down the tables before breakfast and thoroughly clean the rooms. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. I would stay here just a day for a quick stay but definitely not long. The thing that made this stay pleasant (besides the spacious room) was the staff. The lady at the front always smiled, overnight staff as well! Extremely courteous.

Eu e minha esposa chegamos em Punta Cana as 10 da noite, e não queríamos pagar uma diária cara só para dormir. Escolhemos este hotel pelo preço e localização. Pelo preço cobrado, está ótimo. Só a região que não é muito boa.

Pictures are all a lie... hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the site. I ended up not staying at the hotel, we stayed at sunscape resort instead. Waste of money.

Not a good choose.

This hotel was chosen for just the first night in our honeymoon travel, tought to be a good cost-benefit before going to a resort. That said, we were not expecting too much. Even so, this was a negative surprise. The curtains did not close completely, so the isle light kept invading the room, even at night. The state of conservation was poor. There wasn't a frigobar in the Room. For the price país, we expected something like an Ibis hotel, but It was not delivered.

El check in bueno. El primer día y noche todo súper. El baño puede ser mucho mejor. La habitación tiene un estilo apartamento, pero no tiene un mini bar o una nevera pequeña en el cuarto. Al otro día no pude desayunar porque no habían mesas disponibles. Al parecer es muy pequeño el area para la cantidad de habitaciones. El personal amable. No entendí por qué tuve que entregar la llave de mi habitación para que me la limpiaran. El segundo día solo se veían en la tv dos canales solamente. El baño tenía calentador, pero no duraba mucho el agua caliente. El wiki era solamente en el lobby y tenías que pedir la clave en vez de dartela al momento del check in. Y la única barra era en la playa y era donde único podías conseguir hielo.

Nice but very expensive by the hotel.

The manager is checking everything, he and the bart beer are the only that are prepared to attend clients. The rest are kind but have not knowledge, don’t know nothing, are very slow in everything. The beach is beautiful. The parking is very small and uncomfortable.

Nie polecam!

Hotel bardzo fajnie położony, własna plaża także bardzo ładna i czysta. Niestety na tym kończą się plusy. Obsługa hotelu tragiczna, kiedy mówiłem do pracowników po angielsku udawali że rozumieją a i tak olewali mnie. Jakość jedzenia słaba, czas oczekiwania na nie potrafił wynosić nawet 2h. Śniadania bardzo małe, jedynie chyba tylko dziecko by się nim najadło. Pani która sprzątała pokoje notorycznie zabierała nam ręczniki a potem musieliśmy chodzić i prosić się o nie. Pokoje bardzo ciemne, okna mieliśmy od strony drugiego budynku więc praktycznie bardzo mała ilość światła do nich docierała.

Alles bestens, zimmer 35 hatte kaum Wlan empfang. Personal war freundlich, sprachen etwas Englisch. Für Unser Zimmern kein Zimmer Service da kein 2t Schlüssel vorhanden. Wasserdruck war etwas gering. Trotzdem hat man uns nachträglich neue Handtücher gegeben. Frühstück gab es ebenfalls auch zu uns ins Zimmer. Parkplatz ist Kostenlos. Das essen war gut. Ansich ein schönes Hotel, bequeme betten und nettes Personal.

Es la 4ta vez que voy, y la verdad la calidad del hotel ha decaído, sobre todo el servicio al cliente. Estuvimos media hora esperando por un vaso de agua y un café.
