"This was one of the best values in the Sedona area. Yes, it's a timeshare property and they do ask if you'll attend a presentation, but it's not required to get the room rate listed on Expedia. Loved the room. Having a full suite with the large bath, full kitchen and nice living room sure beat the standard hotel room layout with no where to sit except the bed or one desk chair. The bed was nice, the pillows generous, the bath towels were large and nice, the kitchen well appointed and the location was quiet and convenient to all the area attractions. You do have to pay $10 a night for parking, but we always found a spot close to our room."

"This place has everything you need. 10/10 I’m staying here any time im in Sedona. The pool area, the adults lagoon is a nice space away from any screaming children in the pool. I washed a load of laundry while here too which was so convenient . We appreciate and enjoy the over sized parking for our truck+RZR All this for the price+location ,amazing !"

"This is such a lovely property with wonderful views facing towards Sedona’s Red Rock Country. I had two issues: one is that the bed was terrible uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my back; and the other was the window unit air conditioner was VERY loud and smelled musty. With a few updates this place would be THE place to stay in Cottonwood. I didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool due to monsoon storms passing through the area, but it looked delightful."
