"This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. "Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. "This is a brand new facility. Some rooms are still being finished during our stay. It’s conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. After checking out on the last day of stay, they watched over our suitcases for a few hours, so we can finish the city tour. Thumbs to the Augusto the manager and his team. "

"The location and property were good. Communications was poor. We had to wait long periods of time for an answer. Be aware that water doesn’t get to the showers or toilet during the day. They use a tank and the recommendation is to use the showers at night or until 8 am. Overall we were a little disappointed with the property. "

"Only a couple minutes from the major city spots like Mercado de San Pesro, Plaza de Armas, Avenida del Sol to exchange money and lots of food. Very friendly staff that even packed us our breakfast for our morning excursion. "

"My stay exceeded expectations. Pros: Heater and heavy blanket in room, great shower pressure with hot water, filtered water station, coco tea immediately available, saw people getting supplemental O2, decent breakfast - scrambled eggs, omelette station, orange juice was amazing, will make a small lunch bag if you miss breakfast Cons: It’s an older building and the eggs were sometimes runny - that’s literally my only complaint Middle of the their winter and I was as comfortable as I could be. Would 100% stay here again."
