The space
Villa Gioia is one of 20 properties arranged in a “U” facing the ocean with pine trees between us and the beach.
Upstairs is not only the master bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower but a big terrace with a a lounge area and dinner table with fees of the ocean between the trees. Downstairs there is a small kitchen, living room, dinning room, and full bathroom. There is also a bedroom with its own full bathroom as well.
Walk down a path thru the trees to the secret beach. If want beach service and great food there Is Molas Beach Club in the next cove North of us and just South of us near Hotel Flamingo are umbrellas and chairs to rent.
Car is a must to go to the grocery store, restaurants and the famous beaches

Other things to note
Important to know and you agree to:
1. Very quiet place. Many of the original owners are retired. The community has quiet hours from 2-5 pm and after 10 pm. If they complain about noise we will have to notify you. If the noise continues the reservation will end that day. If you like to talk loud or play music outside this is not for you.
2. 🐜 this property is in a forrest & ants are everywhere outside and will come inside if there is any food or drink left out. There is ant spray for you but any ant problem is for the guests to deal with. if ants are a problem for you please do not book.
3. Sand - to prevent clogging of pipes & help cleaners we ask all guests to use outside shower once back from the beach. If there is excessive sand in the house at check out there will be an additional fee of 100 euros.
4. The Italian law requires submiting guests identification documents.
