Villa Ena in Pula

Villa Ena is a cozy house with 4 bedrooms, only 4 km from the center of the historic city of Pula.

The living area of 250 m2 consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate toilet.

Each bedroom is equipped with beds, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is separate from the house, in a small utility house. As part of this additional building, there is a covered summer kitchen, an outdoor table and a grill/fireplace. The fourth bedroom also has a bathroom.

The living room has a large sofa and TV.

All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

The fenced yard of 500 m2 contains a private swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a slide and swings for the little ones.
