Holiday Home “Marisol” close to the Beach with Wi-Fi, A/C, Terraces & Garden

Located within the urbanization Pinus Village on the southern coast of Sardinia, holiday home “Marisol” is a wonderful location to unwind and relax. Casa Marisol is located 300m from the beach of Pinus and 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of South Sardinia. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, toys and books for children and cable/satellite TV, while a baby crib, a children's bed and a highchair are available on request. Enjoy the mountain view as you start your day with breakfast on either of the 2 private terraces (open and covered), and end the day with a delicious dinner from the barbecue. Inside the village there are a basketball court, tennis court, soccer field and a playground. There is also a 2 m-long table and 2 benches (beer hall style). It’s just a 5-minute stroll to the nearest beach (300m) and restaurant, and a supermarket is just a 3 minutes walk (1 km) away. For a little variety, visit the other beaches along the coast, none more than a 25-minute drive (12 km) away or explore the many caves and coves in a canoe or stand-up paddling. History lovers will appreciate the Antica Strada Romana hiking area just a 10-minute walk (750m) away as well as the archeological site Nora just a 19-minute drive (12 km) away. Pula is also located 12 km from the property, and Forte village is 2 km from here. The airport and city of Cagliari are a 50-minute drive (40/50 km) away.

Alles in allem ok. Preis/Leistung verbesserungswürdig.

Wie im Titel erwähnt, alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Positiv: Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Hat immer schnell geantwortet und hat gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Lage für Ausflüge an die tollen Strände in der Umgebung. Matratze Kinderbett. Gute Waschmaschine. Grill inkl. Zubehör (Grillkohle, Anzünder, etc.) Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kaffee Gut gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Softdrinks, Prosecco, Saft, Joghurt, Wasser) Negativ: Matratze Elternbett (Federkern, wo man nach der zweiten Nacht jede Feder spürt) Türe von Bad und Kinderzimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden (Vermieter erklärte dass es kurz vorher einen Wasserschaden in der Wohnung gab was dazu geführt hat - für uns trotzdem ein NoGo). Nur ein Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse Keine Auflagen für die Stühle draußen, wo man die meiste Zeit drauf sitzt. Außenbereich könnte sauberer und schöner gestaltet sein. Ebenfalls ein NoGo ist das es keinen Stöpsel für die Spüle gibt, auch auf Nachfragen wurde darauf nicht reagiert. Abwasch muss ja von Hand gemacht werden. Wir sind dann in den Baumarkt und haben uns selbst beholfen.
