El personal excelente, pero el hotel está en medio de la nada, sin carro no es buena idea, está aislado de todo y no hay restaurante en el hotel ni cerca de la propiedad, ni tiendas, la única solución es llevar automóvil.

Tengan mucho cuidado. Está lleno de insectos el cuarto, en hoteles te confirman que te incluye comida y ellos no te dicen que ya no sirve su restaurante. No hay servicio en el hotel después de las 4pm no hay recepción. Me tuve que ir del hotel y no me regresan mi dinero. Hoteles.com dice que el hotel no me lo quiere regresar y el hotel dice que hoteles.com no le ha pagado.

We were the only people at the hotel. We only found one person that barely spoke English next day of arrival. We found out the rooms in the hotel were for sale. breakfast served was not satisfying. The only thing I can say about the hotel is that they cleaned our room every day.

Poco personal, almohada manchada de sangre y no la cambiaron por que “el personal de limpieza ya se habia retirado”, pasillos y ventanas de apariencia sucia.

It’s beautiful the people there are really nice it’s quiet.. beach are clean and hardly anyone out there peaceful The food was delicious this place is great for a getaway peaceful vacation. Sayulita it’s only 20 minutes away that town it’s beautiful with great food.

Down a dirt road and away from Punta Mita you are limited to their local car service. The trip to Sayulita ends up costing you around $40 for a 20 min ride. The return Uber from Sayulita is about $12. There's nothing to walk to from the hotel basically either so you're stuck having to get a car into Punta Mita, $20 one way for shops, restaurants etc. The view was nice and the hotels clean but its a but uninspiring tbh. Also the pool doesnt get sun til about 1:30/2p bc of how its built. We actually left early and ate the final night to go back to Vallarta

upon our check in we wanted to relac and watch some tv after a long day. both TV's in each room did not work. it took them 2 hours to tell us they couldnt fix them. on our second day they switched us to another room where the tv's worked. however the shower did not drain and it flooded the bathroom and walk in clostet and leaked out into the front entrance and into the second bed room. (the shower was running for under 2 mins. informed the front desk and it took them 2 hours and 45 mins before anyone came to the room to look at it and deal with it. then brushing our teeth the sink started to leak and instead of fixing it they just removed the P trap. there were weird stains all over the curtains that also made the curtains stick together. we contacted expedia and provided pictures and videos. upon requesting a refund the hotel would not answer any phone calls or requests. i would suggest you save your money and stay somewhere else

HOTEL MUY CARO Y PARA NADA BUENO

Literal dos horas para llevar servicio al cuarto, me mandaron a una habitacion con fuga de agua en el piso aun a sabiendas del recepcionista, el clima estaba frio y no prendieron el boiler para calentar el agua de la alberca. El desayuno que pagas es solo la mitad de un homelet montado en un pan bimbo, es un hotel caro con un servicio muy deficiente. No lo recomiendo.

Misleading amenities, activities, taxis EXPENSIVE!

This hotel sucked. We only came here because it was advertised they had on site spa / massage and golf. They had neither. They didn’t care. The rooms are messed up or we were missing a TV or something. Was told we got a free “upgrade” with 4 others staying there… and we walk in through the door and it’s just a giant room with a couch. Nothing else. Took up half the room. Only decent thing was our server. You stay here. You’re stuck here (can’t rent a golf cart either when they say you can) because it’s across the highway to the other end of punta mita. Bring lots of booze aand snacks. A taxi ride out was $450 pesos to downtown punts mita, not even 5 Fn minutes away. It’s not a hotel I hope anyone thinks is anything special. One of the worst I’ve been in

We loved our stay here at the Xiobella! We would stay there again the next time we go :) Great staff, super friendly. Great views from the room, and rooftop restaurant. We had breakfast 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there, and enjoyed the food and views! 10/10

Pagamos por el penthouse, en espera de que sus instalaciones fuesen acorde al costo de este hotel, ya que no es nada económico; estaba con los aperitivos de bienvenida viejos y con polvo, el frigobar vacío, los pisos con manchas de pintura y la mucama no cambió las sábanas durante la estancia, además, la habitación no tenía cortinas adecuadas para poder descansar, complica el que está arriba de la cocina y no aislaba el ruido, ponían música altísima desde las 7 am y hasta las 10 pm, sin consideración de los que en esa habitación estábamos, el room service pésimo, contestaban cuando querían, muy mala atención.
