Our properties are gay owned and very straight friendly. For guest they like 100% privacy!!! Big Private pool (what you can use nude) and sun deck!!!
The pool is not heated, for an extra charge of 35 US per day we offer heating. Like the pool is not shared with other parties we can’t split the costs for the heating, also a lot of guest using the pool to refresh. So we give our guests the choice. Gorgeous 1 Bedroom, 2 level Condo/house, Casa Aventura Vallarta is very STRAIGHT FRIENDLY AND GAY OWNED, overlooking the Bay of Banderas and Old Town Puerto Vallarta. This little house has a independent entrance and a big PRIVATE sun deck and big pool with shadowed lounge area, sun beds, outside dining table, grill and a big pool, overlooking the the Romantic Zone and the oceon. The sun deck and The pool are not shared with other users, just for this condo. This newly constructed Condo/house, offers modern design with crisp clean lines... a quaint and cosy hideaway. Full equipped kitchen with granite counter, 2 burners, small grill/oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge, NEW WASHER & DRYER , dining area and a living room with partial view of the Pacific Ocean. Brushed by cool breezes, the spacious rooftop terrace in this Extended Stay is perfect for soaking up the sun, relaxing while reading a book, view fantastic sunsets or the evening fireworks at the ocean.This little independent house also offers, satellite TV and DVD player, air conditioning, personal safe. Just in front are 2 little mini supermarket and a Taco stand. For guests they like the authentic Mexican lifestyle, located in a Mexican neighborhood.
Puerto Vallarta is truly a vacationer's paradise. It is blessed with a seemingly endless number of beautiful beaches, the most popular of which is Los Muertos beach, just a short walk from the condo/house. All (gay) bars are close by also restaurants.

Our rates are based on maximum double occupancy,if you like to rent the Condo/house for long term please contact us for a special monthly rate.

Please note:
The penthouse unit has no elevator, so you have to climb up stairs to the 4 th floor. For handicapped or older guests with limited shape, it is not suitable.
Sorry, but we don't take dogs anymore, because of many bad expierences.
