Mis Rocas is a premier ocean-front estate located on Puerto Vallarta's exclusive south shore. The sprawling seaside private residence is literally anchored to the bedrock of Sierra Madres mountains and perched on the edges of PV's Bay of Banderas. We have a panoramic view PV Bay as well as Los Arcos Marine sanctuary and downtown PV. There are often whales, dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays swimming in front of the house and in the evening there is almost always a breathtaking sunset. The house boasts of 10 bedrooms, 13 baths, 12 terraces, 2 bar areas, heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, and ocean level covered pavilion. The main floor has 20 foot has vaulted ceilings, with 10’ sliding glass doors which allow you to bring in the fresh open air and sounds of the ocean waves. Mis Rocas has a fully stocked kitchen and is staffed by our international known chef. Our concierge Jorge, has worked in the hotel and restaurant business for over 25 years and can assist you with activities, additional services such as bands, mixologists, massage therapists, drivers etc.

To make your stay more enjoyable, Jorge and chef Francisco, will pamper you with great service, providing 2 gourmet family style meals/day plus appetizers at lunch. We hope you will trust us with your family and friends and show you why our property stands out as one of the premier property on the South Shore of PV. For our guests, we strive to make sure you have a trained chef, and upscale home with amazing views and pampered service.

Mis Rocas with built by the renowned architect Cachi Perez. His vision was to create Spanish style estate on the water that would provide guests with an open-air feel as well as mesmerizing views of the bay and the rhythmic sound of the waves crashing into the shore. Almost every room of the house offers a 180 degree view of the bay,

The South Shore of PV has been the location for 3 famous movies and characterized by the unique aspect of having the Sierra Mountains on one side of the and Puerto Vallarta's Bay of Banderas on the other. We are 1 minute away from the beach, PV Zoo and 5 minutes from one of the worlds top ranked Botanical Gardens as well as other highly rated restaurants, bars and grills.

Guest will have access to our elevator which makes the 5 floors of the house accessible for those with limited mobility.

Incredibly value for ocean front house

We wanted to go to Puerto Vallarta to see the whales. It definitely exceeded our expectations. I wish I could attach pictures of the whales and dolphins a few feet from the shore. The house was luxurious, the staff was amazing, the chef was 5*. In short, we had a great time and plan to come back again next year. I would definitely recommend Mis Rocas. The value of staying there is definitely worth it.
