First, I'd like to say that the young woman in charge went out of her way to try to accommodate us. Unfortunately when booking this property, we did not see that it had no elevator. I am a senior with somewhat limited mobility. I wanted/needed to cancel our reservation after arriving because of having to climb 5 flights of stairs every day to go in or out. I didn't want to do that without confirming with the manager. Unfortunately while waiting I lost the ONLY other location we could get. So I had to endure 2 weeks of climbing stairs with no rails for support! The suites are as pictured. However, when it comes to the kitchen, they are below basic. They have an oven with no way of using it. No pans, no oven gloves. Not even a tea towel to lift anything out. The rest of the kitchen supplies are meager at best. When staying for more than a week, don't expect to have your apartment cleaned. I asked several times but they seem to have issues with staff. There was never anyone who could do it. I asked for clean sheets and towels and changed the bed myself. Comfort is not something this location is good at. There is no comfortable furniture in the room and the balcony furniture is the same. Even the 'lounge' chairs (2) at the pool were not comfortable. For someone with mobility issues, the pool was not accessible without getting on my hands and knees to get in or out. Finally, the noise of the neighborhood, day or night is ridiculous. We will not be back. Not relaxing!
