The condo had everything you need and is in a great location! Several places within walking distance. The pool has tons of space and is very spacious. Nelly is extremely responsive and put up with a ton of question from me with kindness and grace.

The apartment and building were beautiful and luxurious. The location is superb. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, and shopping. The Uber ride to “El malecón” or the airport were just 150 pesos. Perfect!!!Our host, Nelly, was super attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The apartment itself was super well-equipped with all you will need ever need to enjoy a nice vacation.I’ll leave you with a couple of pictures to demonstrate.

The view from this condo is beyond perfection! Amazingly spacious enough for our family of 7. The beach is super accessible. The property boasts one of the biggest pools I've ever seen! The manager, Nelly, was very responsive. Our housekeeper graciously allowed us to leave our luggage in the unit an extra hour while we had some pool time before our flight home. Security is very tight. I noticed they tended to be a little passive aggressive with men staying at the property, constantly asking my husband and I what condo we were staying in as we were just walking from the room to the pool even though we were clearly wearing the required bracelets, but left the women and children in our party alone. That part was a bit awkward and offensive, however, I understand they are doing the most to protect the permanent residents that live there. This did not make us feel welcome. They also became pushy when we were leaving and rushed us to get our airport transportation information while hovering over us until the car arrived. It felt like they had some bad apples before and chose to treat us as suspects. Other than that, I highly recommend this rental to families and couples. Not recommended for parties with more than one adult man unless you like feeling harrased.

Great Vacation Stay

What a great place to spend a vacation with our family! The weather was perfect and this condo in Tower 2 is very comfortable and roomy. Our contact with Nelly was excellent. She immediately took care of a few minor problems we had. We love the location of Peninsula Towers. The furniture while not new was comfortable and serviceable. It worked out well. The Peninsula is in a great location for visiting old town by bus or uber. The restaurants near by, especially Cafe Top were very good. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. The biggest drawback is the Dance Club and Rock Fest that has incredibly loud music on Fri, Sat, and Sunday (not affiliated with The Peninsula). But, the beach, the pool and the condo will definitely bring me back.

Amazing Condo and location

Beautiful spacious condo in a great Hotel zone location. Corner unit with wrap around deck with expansive views of the beach and bay. Nelly was very supportive and responsive throughout our entire stay. I would highly recommend renting this condo and will definitely stay here again

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views, But Room for Improvement

Our stay featured stunning ocean views, easy beach access, and proximity to Starbucks and other conveniences. The interior was immaculate, though the balcony wasn’t cleaned properly. Traffic noise and the need for long walks or Uber rides to authentic areas were drawbacks.The pool was large and enjoyable with plenty of seating, but inconsistent rule enforcement sometimes caused noise and disruptions. Gym access wasn’t available, which was disappointing given the price. The internet was unreliable, with frequent connectivity issues that made work calls stressful. TVs lacked instructions, apps like Netflix didn’t work, and mirroring devices was difficult due to the connectivity problems.Communication with management was reactive rather than proactive, and some provided information was outdated. While the property offers beautiful views, a convenient location, and a well-kept interior, these issues made the stay good but not great.

Great location....!!!

This was my first experience with ANY Vacation Rental and I was impressed of how much you can get for the price you pay on this kind of Property Rental. We were very pleased with the communication with the property manager in advance, as well during our stay. The condo was in very good shape and it made us feel welcomed with all the amenities available. Luxury accommodation. Totally impressed....!!! 100% recommended for a large group of people. (we were 9 people this time)

First off, this property is in a great location. It is a great spot for those traveling with kids. It is within walking distance from anything you may need. There is a grocery store near by as well as a shopping center and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a 5 gallon water dispenser in the condo. Our checkin was a bit rough, we were given the wrong information and had to wait outside the gate until it was sorted out. A bit annoying but no big deal. The owners could work a bit on the commutation. We had requested late checkout because our flight left at 4:30pm and we were traveling with a baby. Late checkout is an additional $175, this would have been good to know in advance during booking. We had to leave at 11:00am and wait at the airport and didn’t hear back from the owner over an hour after we had checked out. The dryer was not working either and there was no one to help us with that. We were hoping to do laundry on site after a few days of traveling in Mexico. The owner didn’t know about the dryer and didn’t follow up. Overall it is a great place to stay. I did feel there were too many extra cost that would be nice to know in advance but they are not real breakers. Nothing major but I hate surprises. If they workout their communication and sort out their checkin and check out process the experience would be much much better. If you are traveling with kids this is a much better experience than a hotel in my opinion. I would likely book again.

Wonderful location and Nelly was great to work with. Talk about a stunning location too! Everything about it was great. Very secure and centrally located. Close to the airport, shopping, food, and of course the beach! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful place

The condo was wonderful, with great views. The location was perfect for my family. Walkable to the marina ( for excursions) and the grocery store. I would stay here again.

Great spot but...

The Peninsula is a well located, very secure spot with a nice beach and huge pool. Nice grounds, private, relatively quiet. Clientele is primarily 60+. This is a corner unit and is very expansive. The view from the balcony is incredible. We saw whales and dolphins daily! The space itself is well laid out, but needs a lot of updating and refreshing. The kitchen and bathroom cabinetry are run down and outdated and there are lots of scuffs and spots on the walls. The furniture is fine but could also use an update. Mattresses and bedding were fine. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well and there's a wonderful cross breeze throughout the unit so you don't need the AC during the day. Washer and dryer were a plus. Overall, it worked for us but I think for the price the unit should be refreshed and be much more thoroughly cleaned up arrival.

Puerto Vallarta Vacation

Location, location, location and - that is the key to this place!! Beautiful ocean front view with a huge wrap around porch. The general condition of the place could use some sprucing up…paint walls, fix mirror, couple of outlets didn’t work in the master bedroom. It basically feels like the place is getting close to needing a total update in terms of cabinets, counters, cupboards, etc. However, overall it was great because we loved the location which was ideal. The property is very secure, general amenity spaces around the pool and such were beautiful, plenty of towels and basic appliances and everything worked, balcony furnishings were excellent, beds and pillows were comfortable, place was clean and organized. The property manager was very responsive and professional, great English speaking skills so it was easy to communicate. .

Amazing Views - great location

Great overall property. Don't disagree with other reviewers and some of their negative comments but it would really be nitpicking on what i considering a great location. Access to stores is easy, solid restaurants for either fine dining or street food, clean and safe and with all the amenities one could need in a vacation rental. 10/10 would recommend to friends, 10/10 would stay here again in the future.
