  • Brand new condo with THE LARGEST rooftop pool in North America! Amazing location in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, night clubs, art galleries and cultural centers. Very close to Malecon Boardwalk and “Los Muertos” beach, there’s very little need for a car or public transportation.

    This unit is on the fifth overall floor of the building (the first four floors are the lobby, gym and some office space), which is the first residential floor.

    The pool area's bar and restaurant are now open!! So is the HUGE air conditioned gym. Please note: The pool heaters are officially set up as of December 2024!
