  • Gringo-Gulch (Old Town/The Romantic Zone). Peaceful and centrally located, this newly constructed condominium (one of three) has breath-taking views! This is the place to stay, if you want to enjoy the exclusive part of old town, by Elizabeth Taylor’s previous residence (Casa Kimberly). The Old Town amenities are at your disposal with everything easily accessible by foot including restaurants, bars, markets, beach, the Malecon and even the churro guy!

    Please note that the condo does have quite a few stairs up to the unit and may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
