  • In my property you will find beautiful Flora from the region, palm trees with coconuts, flowers a big garden! that will give you a great environment!
    you can enjoy your time in the yard at the hammock,at the pool, or with your grill!
    Its a big beautiful Rustic Mexican House, you will feel the sensation of big spaces, culture and tradition mixed with the best beach town experience.
    Theres a big living room at the entrance that has 3 sofa bed for chilling or sleeping if needed!
    A big beautiful old fashion mexican kitchen with all the new accesories (dishes, microwave, oven, blender, etc)
    There are 2 Rooms with 2 double beds, with tv for your netflix & chill, a big closet and air conditioner.
    Theres one big bathroom that you can access from the living room and between the rooms with hot shower.
    One of these rooms has access to other room with 4 individual beds and a big bathroom with shower and tub.

Great beach stay

Very clean especially for beach area where sand can be an issue. Walkable through center of town to beach at 15 minutes with good places to eat and not overally saturated with tourism. Host very easy to get a hold of. The pool is a nice touch and we would hose off sand before getting in but nice feel before going to bed. in

Unfortunately this didn’t go as planned. The house was very pleasant, in a quiet neighborhood. We weren’t given an address but luckily the town is small enough that we found a girl on the street that recognized the picture of the house. We arrived after 8pm. Check in was fine and we met the very nice caretaker. Then my wife saw the house that I chose. She was not happy. It is a nice enough house but very worn. If you have a group of frat guys it probably wouldn’t matter. But after seeing the good size roach in the shower, she was done. We all know that there are “water bugs” in every country but you don’t expect them in a rented house. We had rented the house for 5 days but there was no way. We spent the next 2 days trying to find other accommodations. After securing a beautiful hotel down the street, we made our move and didn’t look back. We both love the town of Lo De Marcos and would recommend it to anyone but accommodations are scarce and boots on the ground makes all the difference. I think this house would be an ideal place to stay if some investment was made in the upkeep.
