"Why too many weddings with loud music till 10:30 most evenings. Many of the restaurants were closed. On some evenings only 2 of 5 were open. They no longer cook lunches outside. That used to add variety to the food. Also the no longer cook outside for the morning buffet with selections of coffees. Before Hyatt they always had a greater variety of restaurants open. Now it is not so special."

"The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean except the curtains which they promptly replaced. I did not use the spa, it was a bit too expensive. I used the gym daily, staff was very nice, gym was clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well. I would go back with my family, it would be great to get senior discounts or family discounts. Also I must say the buffet breakfast was outstanding and the staff was amazing."

"We reserved the room with the swim out pool. It was extremely convenient and relaxing. The pool areas were extremely quiet, so preferred staying at our pool or the beach. To access the beach you have to walk over to the sister hotel. There is plenty of mosquitos so don’t forget bug spray. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom did have an odor that was not pleasant and got stronger as the days went on. The door casing for the sliding doors was not properly sealed so our last day and 30 mosquito bites later we figured out why we kept getting so many mosquitoes in the room and the AC didn’t seem to work properly. Uber is less expensive than the taxis… take an uber"

"We booked this resort because it advertised itself as family-friendly and because of the childcare/baby club amenities. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Check-in took over an hour in very hot and humid weather, and the lobby waiting area had no air conditioning. Once we received our room, we found several issues, including a musty/mold-like odor, poor room condition, uncomfortable bedding, and even roaches in the room. The food and drinks were nasty. We also experienced repeated problems with guest services. Restaurant reservations could only be made online, but the system would not recognize our room information. When we called for assistance, the front desk often did not answer, and staff were unable to provide any solutions. The presence of bats on the balcony made the space unusable. One of the main reasons we chose this resort was the baby club, but we later learned it was closed during times we needed it. Staff could not clearly explain how the program worked or what was required for our toddler to participate. Traveling with several young children was especially difficult because breakfast buffet lines were extremely long wrapping around the building with an estimated wait of over an hour in the heat. Overall, the resort did not match our expectations based on the advertising and reviews. Between the cleanliness concerns, customer service issues, long waits, and lack of access to amenities we specifically book"

"The room was nice and clean. The food was okay but tough to eat at times. There was no mini bar even though we did all inclusive. The pools were rather small and crowded. The ongoing construction of the building next door was a not so welcome way to wake up. There were long lines at the bar as they only had one bartender. It was not easy to get a drink. We didn't end up using much of the all inclusive part."

"I am very disappointed with this hotel. The service was terrible from the very beginning. The employees were rude, inattentive, and had an awful attitude. I don't normally write these types of reviews but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I had no choice. It was difficult to get basic assistance, and the staff showed no professionalism or friendliness. The food was bad and was the same every single day. It felt like you had to beg for your drinks, which is not normal for an "all-inclusive" hotel. The experience just did not match the price or expectations at all."
