I always had a great experience staying here at Acacia Tree Garden Hotel in Puerto Princesa Palawan, I started staying here since the year 2013 when my whole family from United States had our first family vacation to Philippines. Acacia maintained everything what every guests are looking for from courteous staff to hotel cleanliness and first class service. It has been 13 years and I kept on choosing Acacia Hotel to be my accommodation everytime I visit the country. Highly recommended.

Worth the stay.

Our stay was very comfy, staff was great in care, beds were soft! Although i asked for a private patio, we had table, no chairs. Not a biggy though, not much to look at, and you have the pool and reception area to chillax. Overall very good, 5 *

Pleasant Stay!!

An excellent hotel with special thematic interior design, warm-welcoming staff and very sacriafactory service. One thing to be given extra credit is the food of the hotel. We got our stomachs comforted at time like 10pm when we were too lazy to get out. XD

Horrible hotel i've ever been

not happy for it dirty bedroom ,tv doesn't work aircon is very noisy,outside is luck of maintenance ,pool is very dirty that's why we didn't use the pool the only thing i like is the front desk staff ,some of the kitchen staff & the worst thing is one of the maintainance crew is rude i hate it the most , i never recommend this hotel it is old & dirty,they are only good on pictures but it is very far from the reality

room - old and entrance door - can see through. even with curtain. noisy as it is next to pool area - drinking guests in the night. Front desk personel on arrival - sarcastic , not professional, dressed like a tourist. Breakfast - no word - horror, terrible... - cook to fire... if there is any - which i doubt . it is hard to screw bfst.

Average hotel. I booked it because of the hottub but of course it did not work. They charge 35 pesos for a very small bucket of ice. There food is very pricey. Staff is hit and misd, sometimes nice and sometimes not. Once its your day to checkout the staff true colors come out. Very rude people. No thank you for you stay, safe travels or even a goodbye. I would not wasted your money and stay here. It is not close to anything and over priced for what you get

Nell'insieme è una struttura in cui si sta bene, il piccolo parco con piscina è piacevole e lo stile classico con legno e bambù è molto bello. Il personale è estremamente disponibile. All'esterno sono sempre pronti dei taxi tuctuc che possono portare verso il centro per assaggiare deliziosi piatti in modo street food. Ci vorrebbe qualche lavoretto di pulizia e manutenzione in più. Altra piccola pecca è il ristorante con pochissima scelta ma nell'insieme mi sono trovato bene.

Hôtel sympa, belle chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Piscine agréable mais l eau était quand même trouble… petit déjeuner vraiment basic. Le manager était très sympathique et a l écoute, merci car mon ami était malade et nous as aider comme il a pu. Par contre un serveur du restaurant devrai changer de métier ! À 8;15 du matin toutes les tables du petit déjeuner était pas nettoyer, il nous a regarder plusieurs fois sans venir nous voir et prendre la commande…il préférer discuter avec les cuisiniers…. Plus de verres propre sur le buffet, plus de confiture etc…un couple est parti sans manger… bref je recommande quand même cet hôtel

Pay a little more and avoid this hotel

I dont understand how anyone can give this property better than 3 points. It is Not located anywhere near any stores, restaurants, the pool is constantly dirty with leaves and debris, the food is expensive for Philippines and the quality they provide, and they make you responsible for anything out of order in the unit. I had to pay for a glass table top we didn't even use or noticed until they made me pay for it. They almost made me loose my flight while Inspecting room. Extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. I am a world traveler and Never encountered a hotel to treat guests this way. Do not recommend at any price.
