Stayed there one night. Loved the room and view. Felt very safe. It is right next to ocean world if the kids what to go to the water park. Merlin is amazing. She was super helpful, great communicator, and she helped arrange a taxi to pick us up. Very safe and pleasant.

From the very beginning of our arrival, Merlin was exceptionally attentive. Although our trip started on a rocky note due to an overbooking issue at our original destination (which led us to find this place as a quick alternative), Merlin and her staff, including Mr. Belice, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took the time to provide all the information we needed, ensuring we were well cared for throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, but what truly makes it special is the staff. Merlin and Belice genuinely make you feel at home with their kindness and professionalism. Their dedication truly stands out. However, I do need to point out a few things. The beach near the property wasn’t very clean—there was a lot of seaweed and some garbage around the area. It’s worth mentioning that this beach is not part of Cofresi Hills Residence, as it falls under the town’s jurisdiction. If the local mayor happens to read this, I sincerely hope they address these issues because the beach and surrounding area have the potential to be magical with a little care and attention. Additionally, the streets around the property have several potholes that could use fixing. As for the residence itself, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The kitchen could be better equipped with a microwave, more pots and pans, and a full-size refrigerator to allow guests to prepare or warm up their own meals.

Very Nice Resort/Hotel as for being modern and amazing views but maintenance and cleanliness was overwhelming with horrible smell once you open door rooms, hair left in bathroom from previous guests, elevators glass dirty, and limited parking space.

Quiet and family, friendly please

Excellent place everything was perfect except two things.1- The shower’s water pressure is very bad. 2- the Fridge was too small for a 2 bedroom apartment
