Thompsonバケーションホームは、ゲートのあるラスコンチャスのコミュニティの3ベッドルームの3つの半分のバスの家です。 追加ゲストにはロールオーバベッドを利用できます。 ビーチへのアクセスは、2つのビーチハウスの間のビーチへの道を通って通りの向こうにあります。ビーチは約50ヤード離れています。 各ベッドルームには専用バスルームが付いています。 大浴場とキッチンに隣接するメインフロアには、半分のバスタブがあります。 キッチンには快適な休暇に必要なものすべてが完備されています。冷蔵庫、コンロ/オーブン、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、鍋や皿、食器類、ガラス、銀器類。 キッチンカウンターとダイニングテーブルを備えたキッチンの隣に大きなお部屋があります。 快適なソファは、ディッシュネットワークチャンネルを提供するテレビの視聴を提供します。 外側には3つのパティオがあり、それぞれ異なるレベルのコルテス海を望み、それぞれにテーブルとベンチがあります。 パティオに加えて、バーベキューエリアへの座席とアクセスのあるフロントポーチがあります。 安全な駐車場は前庭の門の後ろにあります。 Las Conchasには24時間365日のガードパトロールがあり、安全な滞在を感じることができます。

The Thompson Vacation Home is a great choice for families that want to be near the beach. Convenient, comfortable and clean.We enjoyed our stay and the host, Gary, was helpful with the recommendation of a doctor to see when our son wasn't feelimg well. Short stay for Birthday party.

We enjoyed the short stay we had just before Thanksgiving. The short walk to the beach afforded us an walk to enjoy the sand and sights.

Close to the beach!

This house worked out great for us. The dogs loved the terraces and the fenced yard and we all loved the short walk to the beach. It is also a nice feature that all of the bedrooms have their own attached bathroom.

Host was welcoming. Let us do an early check in. WiFi on Vrbo site isn’t updated, needed to look at router to find password. 2 of 3 the showers weren’t usable. One had no water and other just had cold water. The 2 two beds are fold out, small mattress’s were not comfortable. More bedding would be helpful for the foldouts. Kitchen and rooms was great, quite. Great ac system. Glad there were 4 bathrooms. Close to beach. Great closed in parking. Felt safe.

Great for families wanting a private spot close to the city

Everything was as described, and the host was very helpful. We are a family of 7 and we like to have some space, be close to the beach, and be close to the city. This was great.

Amazing!

I had a wonderful time here. Easy to find, smooth check in, close to everything, minutes from the new Walmart. The host was very kind and responsive. The house is literally across the street from the beach, making my morning and evening walks on the beach super convenient! The gates to the house closed, which was nice because I had my dog with me. Each room had a private bathroom, and there was also a half bath near the living room. The home was very comfortable, and I would absolutely come back!

Los Conchas stay

Very nice property. Great views. Good location. We stayed for a month and loved it. I appreciate having dog friendly properties to rent. We really enjoyed walking our dogs on the beach! Owners are right next door and very responsive. Would stay again.

Family getaway

The home has sufficient car parking! The home was huge and very open floor plan living area and kitchen very spacious as well as the rooms and main restrooms were big! Super close to beach in the second row of the beach front homes. Definitely would stay here again!

Terrific

We love staying here. It's clean, comfy, close to beach and a great ocean view. What more can you ask for. We are just jealous of the people coming in next. We could easily stay another week. Everything we needed was supplied. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great for our family!

We came from Tucson (4.5 hours) for 4 nights of our spring break. We have 4 kids (ages 9-16) and LOVED the house and the proximity to the beach. We all had a spot to sleep and the couches were comfy for hanging out together. We enjoyed the super quick walk to the beach to explore the tide pools. The host was close and helped us get settled.

So nice!

Great house, wonderful views of the ocean & right across the road from beach access. The owner is a couple of doors down & very helpful. On request, he left a list of restaurants he recommended & even a map of the town. We will definitely be back!

Beach house

House was a good price,but we figured out why was so inexpensive,not very clean bathroom rugs so bad we did not use ,walls very dirty ,water pressure was terrible, lock on front door never did work, no broom so floors got really dirty we would have swept and cleaned better but no cleaning supplies. Location was good and we did have a good time, place just needs attention
