I have stayed in all the Sonoran resorts. The condo was ok, a little outdated but what I expected. What outraged me. I was charged $99 for 5 towels they claimed were stained, 5 days after check-out. The towels were in poor condition when we arrived. I should have taken pics, when you check in you are so happy and want to get on the beach, not to inspect the towels.
The charge appeared on my cc 5 days after we checked out. I had to contact Sonoran Spa to see what this charge was for, the person at the front desk gave me an email to send my inquiry to. I did receive a reply with pics. If they just washed the towels the dirt marks would have come out. Anyway I did sign a document that I am responsible so of course I paid the $99 for 5 raggedy towels. Castaways is the management company for the Spa. Casa Go handles the Sky, Sea & Sun which I never had any issues.
