The master suite features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a TV, with a bathroom conveniently located nearby. The comfortable living room offers a sleeper sofa, a sound system, and a smart TV. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet and cable TV.

Cook in the fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances or dine on the private patio with seating for four. A washer and dryer in the condo provide added convenience.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old. The person making the reservation must be present the entire time of the rental period. Unit capacity is strictly enforced. Check-in is 4PM and checkout is 11AM. The damage deposit will be collected via credit card hold before or at arrival if not handled by the booking channel. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. Infractions of any of these or other resort rules can result in eviction from the property with no refund.

Spring break

I love the property and it's our 1st choice for spring break. Everything was good and as advertised and good communication. My only complaint was the pans in the kitchen were old and didn't cook well, the fridge temp is not regulating so it froze some of the food and over all the condo is outdated but I think the price is low enough that it compensates for the lack of decor.
