Important: RV Spot Fee is Separate
Your VRBO rental covers the RV and amenities. The nightly RV spot fee is charged separately and paid either to us or directly to The Reef RV Park. This fee secures your spot and covers electric, water, and sewer hookup.

Note: For Beachfront spots, The Reef requires a 4-night minimum. If you plan to stay fewer nights, you will still need to reserve and pay for four nights to secure that location.

Keys located in a lockbox on the patio (code sent 24 hours before check-in)
Walk in, settle down, and relax—your vacation starts immediately
