Quiet, Safe, and PRIVATE located beach home, 30-second walk to the sand. Beautiful upstairs patio with seating. All travertine and black granite interior accents. NEW A/C and heating! High ceiling throughout, and tile floors all within. Inquire about PETS! There is a closed in the front yard with seashell ground cover. We also offer an outdoor stone shower and a rising station prior to entering the house. We also have a barbeque on the kitchen Patio.
Simple is the perfect oasis to escape to any time of the year!

Do Not Believe Your Eyes

This was the most horrible property and owner you will ever meet. Do not fall to the photos as I did. The place is a construction nightmare. If you don't travel with tools it's not a safe bet. I tried contacting the owner Steve upon my arrival and I received an email 3 days after we loaded back up and left the property. Lol. Great service!! He's not a person you want to deal with and I took this all the way to the top at VRBO and honestly they don't care either. After 12 years this was my first and for VRBO. My last. You guys suck. This house should not be on your site period. Photos to follow. Oh and don't mind the 7 roaches we found in the kitchen.

Owner explained things nicely. He was reachable and had best desires towards the family. Unfortunately, the people responsible for cleaning this property may be just charging the owner,but they are definitely not cleaning. Owner expressed he sent people to clean the property and ensure things were tidy. The place was not clean. The place needs some serious TLC. Someone is not looking after this property. With best intentions at heart, we explored the property, but could not stay due to the lack of cleanliness. Owner was nice, reachable, and helpful from a phone call. The owner may hopefully hire new maintenance, and cleaning crews. It might have been a great place to enjoy… but it was not ready for guests.

Nice house close to the beach

We loved the location of the house. It is a short walk down to an empty beach! The neighborhood felt very safe. The house was clean and just the right size for our family. Things that could have been improved: the cleaners were still there cleaning until around 6 pm on the day we were supposed to check in. I believe check in time was 2 or 3 pm, so that ate up one of our days at the beach since we couldn’t get in and unpack with the cleaners still there. They did show up right on time for our check OUT however. Also, there was no dishwasher like shown in the photos, so that was frustrating to have to hand wash dishes for 7 people after every meal. Those are not major things, but definitely inconvenient and things I wish we would have known ahead of time.

Very poorly maintained.

I have rented numerous houses from VRBO including several in Puerto Penasco. This is by far the worst equipped and maintained house I have ever rented. A lot of broken things, faucets, doors, lights. All of the kitchen items seemed like they came from the bargain bin at the thrift store. You could barely see out the windows. No broom, 5 total towels. The owner refused to return our calls. I highly recommend that you don't stay there!
