Location, staff at the front desk, service in the dining room, chef/ seafood and fish, and bed comfort were all excellent. Super helpful and kind given our changing circumstances. Walking the boardwalk and Saturday fish market were an enjoyable addition to our stay and easily accessible from the hotel. Thank you.

Decent place

Big rooms, big bed, very helpful staff, spoke fairly good english. Very comfortable stay, english speaking tv channels, decent breakfast, stunning views. Very close to the center & the bay front, supermarket was 50mtrs away, also had car parking.

The front desk staff were amazing as they were so friendly & went out of their way to help us with everything that we needed They arranged a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning & even packed a breakfast bag to go for us. It was a nice bonus that they spoke English too.

The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation. Our window over looking the ocean side, one of the windows had gone milky. The staff were great! The dining on the 10th floor was amazing, both the view and the food.

Faded elegance. Nice restaurant/breakfast area. Great views. Convenient parking in adjoining car park. Room comfortable but somewhat drab and in need of more attention to detail - for example, thick dust on some window sills and chair frame, loose toilet roll holder. Access corridor carpets looked like they could do with a thorough shampoo or, better still, replacement.

The property is more than a little bit tired.

The location is good, with a top floor restaurant with a view. Rooms were spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. The people were polite and helpful. The property’s condition is tired and stained. Hallway carpets are stained, ceramic tile on the bathroom floor was blackened. Some mold around the bathtub, baseboards coming away from the wall. We arrived early and had to carry luggage to a lower level and back up. On checking out, they ran our credit card twice trying to pay our bill for dinner (waiting to see if we will be charged double…). Dinner in the restaurant was good( fondue for two).

Amazing place for a great price.

We had a beautiful room, 901. It was really nice for the price we paid. Breakfast was good but they ran out of plates and coffee. The young man at the front desk is always super helpful. We loved our stay!
