The property was off the beaten path so that taxi rides are required to go everywhere even for small convenience items because there is not a small shop in the hotel to buy them. It This can also make a bit expensive to get around. The pool area is fantastic and the dining area although quiet had a decent dinner and breakfast. The staff was polite and attentive and the taxi are on call or already outside. We had a great taxi driver named Juan that took us everywhere. Just be aware of the logistics of going places.Its very quiet there small bar no activity at the bar.

O hotel é lindo no meio da natureza. Comida e serviço de bar razoável, falta opções na carta de vinhos e no cardápio. Qto a limpeza, o quarto estava cheirando mofo!

Não existe sossego nesse hotel!
Foi simplesmente surreal o que passamos nesse hotel. Escolhemos um hotel supostamente tranquilo, reservado, em meio à natureza e sem crianças pensando que teriamos momentos de descanso e sossego. Acontece que todos os dias entre 9 e 12h da manhã um funcionário fica com um soprador de folhas a motor limpando a área do café da manhã, da piscina e dos quartos fazendo um barulho ensurdecedor de serra elétrica. Reclamamos diversas vezes na recepção e a resposta foi : desculpe senhora, temos que limpar o hotel. E o barulho continuou... Saimos de lá extremamente estressados e indignados com a falta de bom senso e consideração da equipe do hotel. Não retornaremos nunca mais e não desejamos que ninguém tenha que passar pela mesma situação.

Prezada Débora,Lamentamos pela sua experiência. Mas como indicaram os funcionários do hotel, é necessário limpar o imóvel, que é muito grande e por isso deve ser feito com soprador.É feito sempre nos momentos em que causa o menor desconforto possível.Saudações.

Un lugar increible atendido por personal sin ganas
No volveria el hotel, si bien las habitacion deluxe que me toco era hermosa y con una vista increible, no llegaba casi el wifi, tuve que poner mi clave en Netflix pues no te ian cuenta paga, y un dia de lluvia que necesitaba servicio de habitacion para poder cenar nunca me contestaron. Ademas no te permiten pedir delivery, si o si hay que cenar en el hotel. El personal no es amable.

area is wonderfull service is no Way a Four star
Ive been in contact with the hotel before arriving. The Price they had given me on transfer was 1/3 of what it was when we arrived. Service was slow during the stay. They missed a fair few things on the menu in the resturant. When we had to check out (wich Took 30 minutes for the receptionist) they did not have the slips of Bills from the resturant that was signed. Also i asked if it could be any faster and the receptionist told me: you should have gotten up earlier. I was chocked and honnestly never before have i tried that a check out with a Card on file could take 30 minutes and the receptionist could be so rude. Stay for the soroundibgs and the pool.

Love the feeling of being in the middle of a rainforest/jungle. Surroundings are magical. Staff go above and beyond to be sure you are taken care of. Will recommend to anyone visiting the area. I want to return to spend more time at this lodge.

Incredibly relaxing space, feels like you are deep in the jungle with modern amenities. Close to get to the Argentina falls and Brazil boarder. Had dinner first evening and the food and service were wonder. Would stay again.

To everyone who reads this comment: I am 61 years old, I have set foot in more than 90 countries so imagine the number of hotels I have visited, in which I have slept, had breakfast, or dined… The SELVAJE LODGE is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in, this magnificent, local, simple decoration, from the reception to the bungalow room, exceptional comfort everywhere, and above all always discreet staff at listening to each visitor, a true united team where we feel neither hierarchy nor authority relationship, but colleagues all involved in the pleasure and happiness of each visitor. Those who wrote negative comments must certainly be very unhappy and very bitter in their lives, you know, those people who always have something to criticize, and who are never satisfied! Personally I hate these people! At SELVAJE LODGE, you can't get anything better! Everything is already perfect! So don’t hesitate to spend a few days and nights there and don’t forget to dine there, the meals are beautiful, delicate and so good! Thank you to all the staff for giving me such wonderful moments!

Struttura tranquilla immersa nella foresta, adatta a chi cerca una soluzione più intima rispetto ai grandi hotel nei dintorni. Buona copertura e qualità Wi-Fi. Camera (107) senza umidità e insetti, anche se ovviamente può capitare entrino essendo così immersi nella natura. Ottimo il ristorante, con menu adatto alla cena e a un pranzo più veloce. 4 stelle invece di 5 solo per la politica applicata ai prezzi: il giorno dell'arrivo ho trovato offerta a meno della metà del prezzo che ho pagato per la stessa stanza mesi prima...

Front desk unhelpful with booking boat rides. Plus interfered with our taxi. The driver who picked us up at the airport did not own us. Second day we had a better driver(Gustavo). We made plans with him for 3rd day. His car mysteriously quit working. We think front desk and Sergei interfered and Sergei took our fare. Overcharged us by $50. The restaurant was excellent

Superbe hôtel au milieu de la forêt. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Magnifique piscine presque trop grande pour le nombre de clients! Tranquillité extraordinaire. A beautiful place to relax and unwind within the rainforest. The surrounding area was peaceful and it was relaxing to listen to the sounds of nature by the pool. The room size was generous and the reception was very welcoming.

I ordered dessert & my wife found a hardware bolt in the cheesecake on the first bite embedded in the cheesecake. The bolt was in her mouth & she felt it on her tongue, but if she had chewed down on it she would have broken a tooth. The staff didn’t do much too fix the situation.

Beautiful location of the property. Surrounded by gorgeous trees. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought the food was decent at the restaurant! And the room was is good condition and felt very clean. Loved my stay here!
