アルゼンチン側では一番いいかもしれません

アルゼンチン側のイグアスに泊まるなら、一番レストラン、スーパー、バスターミナルなどを考えてこのホテルがいいと思います。滝からもブラジル側からもバスはすぐそばのターミナルに着きますし、レストランも近くにたくさんあります。ただ施設が古いのかお湯の温度が低くて寒かったです。暖房を30度にして寝たので体には問題なかったですが、翌日朝から暑くなりその時浴びたシャワーは十分な暖かさでした。寒い時期にはちょっと考えたほうがいいかもしれません。スタッフはとても親切でした。

サービスは最低レベルの古いホテル

バス停近くの古いホテル。部屋は広いが設備は古く、当初、鍵で部屋に入ることができず、たまたま通りかかった隣の宿泊客に鍵の使い方のコツを聞き出し、やっと入室ができた。帰りの際、チェックアウト後、フロントにホテルタクシーを依頼するも、タクシーは到着せず。促すこと４，５回、毎回、もうすぐ到着すると言われ待つも到着せず。４５分経ち、飛行機の出発時間が近づいたため、ホテルの外に出て自分でタクシーを捕まえて空港に行くことになった。タクシーはすぐ捕まり、さらにホテルタクシーの３分の２程度の料金であった。タクシーを呼ぶこともできないとんでもないフロントでした。これまで数百のホテルに滞在しましたがこんなことは始めてです。サービスのレベルは最低水準でしょう。宿泊はお薦めできません。

エクスペディア掲載写真とは大違いのひなびた古臭い部屋でがっかり。建付けが悪く、電球も切れたまま。メンテナンスができていないので、泊まらない方がいい。

Convenient location to catch a bus

Very close to bus terminal. Room is a bit dated, but we just stayed one night it was not that problem. PC is available for guest use, it was convenient for some research.

バス停や、レストラン街に近くとても便利な場所にありました。ただホテルのフロントの対応が悪く、ゴキブリが2匹も出ました…。タオルやシーツも基本は変えてくれませんので気をつける必要があります。

ロケーションがよいホテル

ターミナルから徒歩ですぐの場所なので移動に便利でした。朝食は品数が多いわりにそこまでおいしそうなものがなかった気がします。しかしマテ茶を試してみたかった友人が、本物のカップと銀のストロー（すみません名前が分かりません。）でマテ茶体験ができて良かったです。

スタッフは礼儀正しく、床面はピカピカに磨かれていた

部屋面積は30平方メートル位、2名でも広すぎず狭すぎず。朝食はビュッフェ型式、ホテルにはプールがあり。浴室のシャンプーボトルはポンプが壊れていて、蓋を明けて使用した。水道水は少し目に染みる感じがあり、トイレの蓋もネジが緩み気味であった。工業製品が不足するインフレの国であり、装備は十分とは言えないが、スタッフは礼儀正しく、床面はピカピカに磨かれていたので高評価である。居心地がよく、しばらく滞在したい気持ちになった。カップルにもお勧めする。

バスステーションすぐ近くの清潔なホテル

目の前がバスステーションで、立地がとても便利です。お部屋も清潔感あります。スタッフの対応も丁寧です。朝食バイキングのバラエティが豊富でした。ただ、1点残念だったのは、備え付けのドライヤーが冷風しか出ませんでした。それ以外はとても快適でした！

素晴らしい立地と近代的な設備

イグアス国立公園への観光のため滞在しました。非常に近代的なホテルで、日本・米国の同価格帯のホテルと比べても遜色ない快適さでした。どのスタッフも流暢な英語を話すため、スペイン語が話せなくとも問題なくコミュニケーションできたのは助かりました。立地については、レストラン街がすぐそばにあり、外食の選択肢が豊富なのが良かったです。今回はタクシー移動のため使いませんでしたが、国立公園へのバスターミナルが目の前のため、観光の基点としても非常にアクセスが良いホテルだと思います。一点気になったのはランドリー・クリーニングサービスの受付時間がやや限られている点で、一泊限りの際は使えないと思った方が良いです。

イグアスに滞在して堪能するなら便利なホテルだった。

イグアスの街中にあり、滝（ブラジル側も含めて）やその他の目的地へ向かうバスセンターが直ぐ向かいにあり便利なホテルだった。朝食もビュッフェスタイルで種類も多く、特にマテ茶を飲めたのが良かった。設備は少し古いが、部屋は広く（クイーンサイズベッド2台）、バスタブが有り、久しぶりに風呂に入り寛げた。イグアスの滝に行かない宿泊客も多くて、プールサイドではゆったりと過ごしていて楽しそうだった。卓球台もあるのに気が付いたのが遅く利用しなかったのが残念だ。ただ、Wifiは線が細く直ぐに切れてしまうので殆ど利用できなかった。

周りに雰囲気の良いレストランの多い好立地

おしゃれなレストランが周りに多く、ステーキが食べたいとおすすめの店を聞いたらすぐ近くで2つのレストランを勧めて戴きました。両方行きましたが、共に美味しかったです。設備もきれいです。

私の部屋はハズレでした。

立地は良かったです。部屋は清潔でしたが、窓の外には雑草だらけという感じで、宿泊料なりの価値はなかったです。少しずつ改装しているのか、私の部屋の隣の部屋を日中、工事していました。その為か、ペンキ臭なども少ししたので、2泊の予定でしたが、ホテルズドットコムのキャンセル規定が前日までなら無料キャンセル出来たので、2泊目はキャンセルして他のホテルに移りました。朝食、Wi-Fiスピードなどは良かったです。部屋によって快適度は違うと思います。

バスターミナル近くでダウンタウンもすぐで便利です。スタッフもフレンドリー。ただ、部屋の窓の鍵が壊れていて設備面での古さが気になりました。機能面では普通でお湯もちゃんと出た悪くはないです。

Great location and confortable stay

This hotel is located near the bus terminal to Iguazu falls. The terminal is surrounded by travel agencies, shops, restaurants, and so on. The hotel staff are so friendly and speak English, especially bell captain is remarkable. Breakfast is good too. It is great to have a lobby with PC and electoricity outlets to charge the battery even before check-in/after check-out. It is worth paying considering the location, facility and service. Basically, wifi is available, but it was unstable at some areas.

イグアスの滝行きのバスターミナルのすぐ近で、まわりにレストランが多数あり、立地はとても良い。フロントスタッフも英語を話し、部屋でもWifiが使えるなど便利。2泊滞在したが、二日目の夜にシャワーを浴びようとしたところお湯が出ず、部屋は冷房ガンガンのため寒かった。4つ星のレベルかは疑問。

良いホテルでした

何をするにも便利な立地（バスターミナル、スーパーマーケット、レストランが近い）です。ホテルもプール、ジャグジーなどあり快適に過ごせます。フロントが英語が通じるのも非常に便利です。また次機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思います。

価格に見合ったバリュー

ホテルの施設的にはやや古い印象ですが、清潔に保ってあり、スタッフもアルゼンチンに珍しく英語が堪能なメンバーがそろっていて快適でした。また、当地でいつも困難に直面していた電気コンセントにかんしては、一つか二つは日本型のプラグに合うコンセントもあり助かりました。

Todo excelente, tanto el hotel como los trabajadores. Solo a considerar que la regadera del baño tiene una ventana que da a la habitación, el vidrio es esmerilado, pero bueno nada mas como información para quien lo necesite.

The staff was very helpful especially when I had an issue with the security box, they resolved it promptly. The property could use an upgrade on the TV set and also the restaurant could be improved. Breakfast was as expected.
