ちょうど滞在中に息子の誕生日があったので、コンシェルジュの方と事前にやり取りをし、ケーキと風船をお願いしました。コンシェルジュの方の対応はとても早く、いつもすぐにお返事をいただけました。当日、部屋には風船があり、ディナーの時にはスタッフの方の歌付きでケーキを持ってきてくださり、とても感動しました！レストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーでとても良い時間を過ごせました。すべてのスタッフがきちんと教育をされているようで、4日間とても楽しかったです。また滞在したいホテルです。

イグアスの滝観光には非常に便利かつ経済的です。
イグアスの滝に行くために利用しました。 現地ツアーを使ったのですが、滝見学を効率よく行うことができました。 ホテルには空港への送迎をお願いしたのですが、 ホテルの契約個人タクシーで、卒なく行ってくれました。 朝夕付きのコースを選択しましたが、バイキングの割には美味しく かつ種類もそれなりにありました。 また旅立ちの日の昼食を併設のレストランで取りましたが、 そこもまずまずでした。 歩いて行けるところにレストランが少ないので、 人にもよりますが、4日以上の滞在はしんどいのではないでしょうか。 部屋は綺麗で、それなりの広さもあります。 コストパフォ-マンスは非常に高いと思います。

イグアスの滝に近く、環境や食事提供に便利さを感じた
イグアスの飛行場とホテルとの送迎を事前に知らせておけば、サービスしてくれる。これは大変助かります。また、二食付きのコースを選びました。ホテルビッフェです。

できたばかりのとてもきれいなリゾートホテル
まだできたばかりなのでとてもきれいなホテルです。 部屋もとても広くきれいでバスルームが大きく作られていて大満足！！ 値段も安いし絶対にお得です！！ プールもサウナもジムもありマッサージも全身１時間コースで５千円しない値段でした。

オープン間もないホテル
オープンして4週間のタイミングで滞在しました。 設備は当たり前ですが、とても新しくてきれいです。 ホテルのスタッフの方もまだ慣れていないこともいくらかありましたが、とても一生懸命対応していただき気持ち良い接客だったと思います。 街の中心からは少し遠いので、タクシーで行く必要がありますが、600円程度。 ランドリーが無料だったのがとても助かりました。

I highly recommend this resort. We had an amazing time with the staff from the bell hop, to the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant team - I felt like I was getting Disney resort level service. The rooms were great - the hotel lobby and dining space were very nice. And the whole place was surrounded by jungle, yet close to everything. Pool deck area was wonderful as well, though some of the tiles were worn. They also have a spa and we had a great massage there. Highly recommend!

Our concerns include cleaning mold off the walls while we were there in the hallways and the staff not speaking English. So the menu was disappointing.

Um pedacinho do paraíso
Incrível. Tudo perfeito. Mesmo o desgosto que tinha com uma única funcionária do restaurante (além da flagrante diferença de tratamento em relação a nós brasileiros) tudo fica superado pelo profissionalismo da equipe, como um todo. Para exemplificar: dei falta dos meus óculos de sol do checkout. Não foi possível localizá-los, pois já tinha entregue o quarto. Depois, a Equipe me contactou, informando que haviam encontrado os óculos. Nós já estávamos muito longe, na estrada, rumo a nossa casa em Mato Grosso do Sul. Perguntei se, eu arcando com a despesa de postagem, eles me mandariam os óculos. Foi feito assim! Os óculos chegaram em perfeito estado. Isso demonstra empenho, compromisso, respeito. Então só elogios. Pois, mesmo sendo excelente, sempre haverá alguém na equipe que não está em sintonia. Sou mais velha. Viajei com meu marido. Mas, estavam hospedadas muitas crianças. E todos nós nós divertimos em harmonia. Cada um no seu momento. Voltarei. Com certeza. Amo Puerto Iguazu. E minha casa em Puerto Iguazu será sempre o Falls!!!!! Muito obrigada

I would never go back here, terrible
I have never ever experienced food this bad in my whole traveling life. The dinner was just awful. And when we went to check out, the reception had 3 dollars in local currency, and could not make change. This place is a disaster, stay anywhere else!

A very quite Hotel sited I the middle of a woods. Hotel provide breakfast and dinner buffet. Room is big enough and clean. There’s a nice pool as well. The girl in concerige is very helpful. She helped us to send the list iPhone back in a timely manner. We really appreciate their kind help.

Overall a very well maintained property and very helpful staff. Had a great spa experience. However, the property is extremely isolated with limited transportation options. Restaurant meal choices were also limited.

Building was nice enough, and staff was friendly and professional. No complaints about staff. Convenient location to falls, but not a good walk to town. Food at dinner buffet was awful, and breakfast buffet was only slightly better. When I got hot milk out of the dispenser, a fly came out of it. Truly disgusting. Broken gym equipment, and gym not air conditioned. Had to buy bottled water for the whole trip, no free water provided in lobby or anywhere else except breakfast buffet where the dead fly was in the milk. Jets in bathtub did not operate properly.
