"Hemos estado un fin de semana en tres casas (Horno, Ingeniero y Letrinas altas) un grupo de 8 adultos y 8 niños. Las casas están superbien. Tienen todas las comodidades y están muy bien preparadas. Sobre todo las chimeneas!!! El entorno es una maravilla, junto al río Guadiana. Los niños se lo han pasado genial y sus padre también. "Het was een leuk huisje in een heel klein dorp. Hele aardige mensen. Je hebt veel wandelingen in de buurt. Ook ben je dicht bij Mertola. Van de eigenaar kregen we brood en kaas. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Alleen geen verwarming. Dus het is koud in de winter."

"A real off grid experience nestled in the hillside overlooking the Spain/Portugal border river. Do not expect any modern luxuries here but that's what this Shepherds hut is all about.
