I would have given the hotel 5 starts but the room is very light at night. The door to the room has a glass panel and there is a light that stays on all night right outside. No curtain to block the light. Strange. Area's good, people there are nice, rooms are small, but everything works. For the price, it's good.

Es muy barato por eso hay mucha gente que se hospeda pero no lo recomiendo. No cuentan con ventiladores es muy caliente la habitación y la regadera está encima del escusado lo divides con una cortina.

El hotel está limpio, en zona centro, muy buen acceso desde terminal CAPU, desayuno con descuento para huéspedes y buena atención por el personal. Sin embargo, las habitaciones no tienen wifi como en otros hoteles, y la mayoría (90%) son chicas, cerradas, sin ventilación (no aire acondicionado ni ventilador) y el televisor solo agarra canales de televisión abierta, no cable. Esa falta de de servicios no corresponde con el precio que piden por una noche.. y yo estuve dos.

Viaje a Puebla por cuestiones de una cirugía llegue a las 4 de la madrugada yo solía hospedarme en el hotel sus anteriores empleados eran más amable , el recepcionista que me atendió en la madrugada me mal constató y no me aceptó mi reservación y fue muy grosero y me hizo caminar y buscar otro hotel a esas horas , ahora volví a viajar pensando que sería diferente el trato iba con mi esposo e igual nos negaron la habitación y mostré mi reserva y el recepcionista me dijo q le daban prioridad a los grupos q llegan y yo con mi herida reciente y le comenté y el señor se empezó a reír y no nos quiso dar la habitación, se me complicó horrible porque yo ya contaba con mi reservación tanto como la señora que es recepcionista pésima atención , unos groseros y así pierden clientes , el ambiente laboral ya no es el mismo en ese hotel están mal organizados y atienden pésimo

Existe servicio de elevador y una fonda de comida la cual te hace descuento en desayuno..muy ricos. Se los recomiendo en su próximo viaje a puebla..además es un hotel económico, limpio y muy buen tratamiento de parte del personal.

El recibimiento estuvo bien, solo que mi error no fue notificar inmediatamente que la llave que me proporcionaron para abrir la habitación estaba en mal estado y tuve una mala experiencia con el Joven que me recibió en la noche que regrese, por no poder abrir y no me iba arriesgar a romper la llave, una persona muy grosera, que lejos de ayudar y solucionar me echo la culpa.
