Our room (Cielo) did not have enough water pressure, no closet and/or drawers for cloths. Does not make any sense the tub location, it will Be better if you take it out and build a “real” small closet there. Bathroom sometimes has unplacent odor. Staff is the best so happy to help and make us feel Welcome. Big thanks to Miriam and Karina!!

We didn’t use the pool, but looked so serene. Free breakfast was really good, an actual meal! Super clean. Some reviews have said it’s musty and no air, we were in the agave room and that mini split air conditioner worked really well, a little too well lol!! Bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful and gave us all sorts of tips on what to see and where to eat - if we are in this part of Mexico again, we will definitely stay here again!

The staff is absolutely great, professional and kind. The hotel and room were beautiful. Unfortunately the power went out 3 different days, and the water one. There are no refrigerators in the room or hair dryers. Also, no heat. I asked for a portable heater for my room and they don’t have any. As beautiful as it was I need to be warm at night in the winter and reliable electricity.

Wonderful space with calm energy and a generous and kind staff. Highly recommended if you're OK with a little heat. I knew there wouldn't be air conditioning and there was a heat wave the weekend I was there, so that was a little uncomfortable. But I just took a dip in the pool every time I got too hot. Also the massage therapist/aesthetician was beyond incredible!
