Charming boutique hotel. Breakfast was nice in the courtyard . The small pool was very clean and relaxing. Everything was perfect. We had an upstairs room with great ac and the stairs are a little steep but not an issue for us. We also enjoyed the common areas. Internet worked fine and they have interesting artwork.

First and foremost, the staff at Casa Eva was amazing. We arrived late at night and was graciously greeted by Paulo and shown to our room. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It afforded everything we needed. Morning breakfast was included and each morning we enjoyed a delicious meal. Great coffee, lots of variety. Our concierge Miriam was amazing. She helped us in so many ways, setting up appointments, helping us get our cash transferred to pesos, anything we needed. We would definitely recommend Casa Eva.

My husband and I came to Cholula for a wedding, and the stayed at casa Eva was amazing , it such a beautiful place nicely decorated wonderful staff, immaculate clean. I would definitely stayed there again.

Excellent hotel very close to the city center. The staff speak English and were very friendly and helpful. Loved this place! They served breakfast and it was quite good. There is no gym at the property. They have a spa. We didn’t have the time to try it.

We didn’t use the pool, but looked so serene. Free breakfast was really good, an actual meal! Super clean. Some reviews have said it’s musty and no air, we were in the agave room and that mini split air conditioner worked really well, a little too well lol!! Bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful and gave us all sorts of tips on what to see and where to eat - if we are in this part of Mexico again, we will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here a few times now and it’s my favorite place to go it’s clean and quiet and very nice but the one thing that makes me return is the staff from the front desk and the restaurant but every time I go Paola helps me and goes above and beyond to help out especially since I have kids I definitely will return

Our room (Cielo) did not have enough water pressure, no closet and/or drawers for cloths. Does not make any sense the tub location, it will Be better if you take it out and build a “real” small closet there. Bathroom sometimes has unplacent odor. Staff is the best so happy to help and make us feel Welcome. Big thanks to Miriam and Karina!!

The staff is absolutely great, professional and kind. The hotel and room were beautiful. Unfortunately the power went out 3 different days, and the water one. There are no refrigerators in the room or hair dryers. Also, no heat. I asked for a portable heater for my room and they don’t have any. As beautiful as it was I need to be warm at night in the winter and reliable electricity.

Relaxing

Wonderful space with calm energy and a generous and kind staff. Highly recommended if you're OK with a little heat. I knew there wouldn't be air conditioning and there was a heat wave the weekend I was there, so that was a little uncomfortable. But I just took a dip in the pool every time I got too hot. Also the massage therapist/aesthetician was beyond incredible!
