Thank you for taking the time to review the Cape Colony Inn, We have inspected the room you were in. We have replaced the iron and adjusted the showerhead. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. I am sorry if you felt I was rude to condescending when we spoke at 12 noon on your day of departure. When I called to ask what time you were checking out, I was taken back when you said you were unaware we had a check out time. You mentioned your boat was at 3pm and would not be checking out until then. I was glad to be able to offer you an additional night's stay so you could check out at your leisure.
