This beautiful, tastefully updated home will be perfect for your group's time in Providence. The house includes 3 floors with 3 unique apartments, you will be able to use all the apartments for your entire group.
-3 Kitchen areas (one on each floor): Features a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels.
-There are 9 bedrooms in the house with 9 beds in total that can accommodate up to 18 adults. Every bedroom features unique furniture and decor and has a premium mattress with luxurious bedding.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels and dish soap in the Kitchen.
3. What does the kitchen include? – You will have access to 3 fully stocked kitchens. Each kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle, and coffee maker.
4. Do you allow pets? – Yes, we do have a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation. Please send us a message right before or right after you book, so we can coordinate it.
5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions.
6. Is an early check-in possible? You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check-in for 50% of the daily rate.
7. What type of unit is this one? You are booking 3 apartments in the same building. On each floor, you will find 3 bedrooms + 1 Full bathroom. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living room, and dining area. So basically your group can split between the 3 spaces and you will have access to the 3 apartments.
8. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 400 Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.
9. Do you offer laundry? No, You can find a Laundromat just 5 minutes away from the house at Showcase Laundromat. Once you book and if you need the location, I can share it with you.
10. How does the parking work? – There are 6 parking spots assigned to this unit on a parking lot next to the house. Extra vehicles can park right in front of the house.
11. Do you allow parties? We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund and neighbors can even call the police. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.
You'll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room.
Fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival. Additionally, toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided free of charge.
The whole apartment is private for your group.
You'll be staying in the historic Olneyville / Federal Hill area of Providence. We're a bit biased, but we think it's one of the neatest places to spend a few days in Providence in.
You're a short walk away from a ton of awesome coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in Federal Hill. One of our favorite restaurants/bars - TROOP - is just a 7-minute walk from the house. And make sure to walk over to the Olneyville New York System Restaurant for some of the most special weiners in town, along with a fun environment that hasn't changed in decades.
Downtown is just a 5-minute drive away. It's easy to get there, as well as to the train station, airport or anywhere in Providence within minutes.

Guests must check-out by 11:00 am on the departure day established in their reservation.
