  • This lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool is in an excellent location, just seconds from the sea and within 10 minutes walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay.
    Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern decor. There is an open-plan sitting area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a W/C.

    Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower, along with a separate shower and toilet room. A spacious outside balcony area offers sea views.

    Outside, the large garden and pool area provides plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside dining.

    Satellite TV and free WIFI are provided and the villa has full air-conditioning.

    Overall, an excellent villa for families or groups who want to be close to the resort centre and beach.

For the price paid, I would have expected an immaculate villa but unfortunately that’s not what we found, the villa needs some love as it is quite worn in places with items broken or missing as well as a lack of cleanliness, there was mould in the oven and thick dust on the extractor fan in the downstairs toilet. The pool have numerous missing tiles which leave sharp edges, This is a villa for 8 people, but only one umbrella ( which was broken) and not enough chairs for everyone to sit outside at the table, lights not working etc. With all that said the location is great and the management company were great fixing the issues we raised as best they could - ie: no tea towels, broken umbrella.

Absolutely wonderful villa - great location, great amenities. Imagine team very helpful and lovely when they came to visit. Pool is a great size and outdoor / indoor space better than photos! Thank you so much we can’t wait to come back.
