"The room was so tight we had little room to move around beds and luggage. Shower faucet was coming off the wall and we had no toilet paper or soap for washing hands. The beds were clean and comfortable enough. Walls very thin so could hear everything."

"Very basic Inexpensive. You get what you pay for. No coffee maker. No toaster in the kitchen. If you’re on a tight budget then the room will be ok. 2nd “bedroom” is a pullout couch. Do be prepared for that. "

"Barely better than a hostel. Top floor rooms smell like mould, no hot water on upper floors, no A/C before June (even though it was in the mid 20’s), no window screens, just felt like a “sick” building that would be condemned and torn down in my country. In a crappy, dirty, seedy area as well."

"the property was in a superb location. 4 min walk to annemasse station where busses, trams and trains are. and 7 min walk the opposite direction to a tram stop coming directly from Geneva. however google maps will help you out! the hotel was surrounded by lots of food places. the only downside is there is no staff for check in it’s all outside via an AI tool. we did have no issues but for someone not tech savvy this may be difficult. there is a number to ring if anyone struggles."

"The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious and comfortable. The tram to Geneva virtually on the doorstep.It was great to have someone come to meet you with the keys and take you up to the apartment. I hate having to find a key box in a town centre or what ever. Julien who met us was extremely helpful and friendly.We really enjoyed our stay."

"Entrance to property hard to find and had to go round 3 times. Property run down and no way near the standard of other ibis styles we have stayed in. Room dirty and unhygenic (linen and towels clean). Dirty carpet, dirty toilet floor, dirt in bathroom and dirt on the walls. Didnt get the room that was booked and hence the ammenities expected. Secure underground parking available. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast - continental and satisfactory, nothing special."
