Prince of Wales Island Vacation Rentals

"I was delayed in Ketchikan for one night on a flight that was cancelled in Ketchikan due to fog in my desired destination. I booked my room on the app while I was still on the plane. When I got across from the airport on the ferry there was a shuttle that picked me and a number of other passengers up. It was past the hour when the shuttle usually ran, but the driver was willing to stay late to take 3 groups of passengers to the hotel. I was thrilled that I got a wonderful king suit with a gas fireplace and comfortable bed. The bar had food and drinks and didn’t close until 11pm. I even received a discount on my breakfast the next morning. The only thing that I had to be disappointed in was that I asked for a wake up call that never came. I was glad that I had set my alarm."

"I have stayed at this property more than three times, its my favorite place to stay in Ketchikan when I'm here. The place is clean and beautiful and has a million dollar view. Additionally, the host is wonderful and easy to communicate. "

"This cabin is very clean and the communication was excellent. This place would be fine for a weekend stay but we had an extended 3 week stay due to moving. It was a challenge with a tiny fridge, no stove or oven and a small kitchen sink. We were aware of this before booking it but our options were limited. It was bery convenient with our dogs and the neighborhood was great, I just dont feel like this is conducive for an extended stay. If we had to stay in Ketchikan again for a day or 2 we would definitely stay here again. "

"This place is great. Second time we stayed. It’s on a hill overlooking the port. Eagles fly by all day. We saw a whale feeding next to the dock. Went fishing on the floating piers. Views are great. It is in the middle of town but up and away from traffic. Easy access to stores and tourist areas. Very clean and has washer/dryer to use. City is great area. Can see bears, beaver, mountain goats, eagles, Salmon run, seals, and deer all within 15 min drive. WiFi worked perfectly. This place has a covered parking area also. "
