"Thank you so much for our wonderful time at the Point of View. We were so comfortable we didn’t want to ever leave – it was clean and comfortable. The home feels brand new because it has been renovated very recently. The furniture and kitchen are brand new and perfect for the space. The water views are incredible in every direction – we watched stunning sunrises (and moon rises!) to the east, we watched the awesome sunsets to the west and thoroughly enjoyed watching all the action in Dogwood...

"The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out."

"This location was perfect for our trip for a wedding. Being only a three minute walk from the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception was absolutely perfect. Being close to the deli/market as well came in handy. The house was clean and welcoming. Overall I would absolutely stay here again."
