Faltou atenção do atendimento.

O sinal de tv estava ausente no momento do check in e não foi informado. Ficou ausente por mais de 24 h e nem se desculparam ou ofereceram alternativas pela falha. O sistema de controle de abertura do portão do estacionamento tbem estava com defeito fazendo com que espetassems na rua esperando abrir e entrar.
