"Our family of 5 (including 3 teens) enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage on Lake Eugenia! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch, hot tub, campfires, kayaking, and sunsets over the lake. Frank did a great job communicating details about our stay and made sure I knew how to reach him if we had any questions. The lake is quiet with only a few boats out and a lot of undeveloped shoreline, enabling us to observe swans, loons, and eagles from the dock. The property is located within 20-30 minutes of waterfalls, hiking trails, and an Alpaca farm that we visited for a tour, so there are many activities accessible nearby. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need and we appreciated that local coffee and maple syrup were provided for us. Thank you to Frank and Carol for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us!"

"Danby House is a very inviting bed and breakfast. It is extremely clean - zero dust, beds made to perfection, you feel like you are in an expensive hotel, bathrooms clean and shiny with soaps and towel, etc. The rooms are exactly as the photos describe/show online. I have stayed more than once and it is my go to when I'm in the area. Julia is very helpful and she is there to greet guests at the door, answer any questions they might have and to offer to prepare breakfast for them in the morning. I have not had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast, and I can share that is smells delicious! Danby House is located on a quiet street and there is ample parking that is easily accessible. It is a 10/10."

"What a fantastic place! Check-in was easy, the rooms were very clean and the host was very helpful and responsive! The area was very quiet. We pretty much just heard birds and crickets the whole time we were outside.There's also a bunch of great hiking trails nearby.I'm someone that is very picky about beds and I was really spoiled for choice here! Basically every mattress was just firm enough, with a little bit of cushion, which is exactly what I'm looking for! "
