The environment not bad but inside, no cold water in the bath. We pay as a family of 3 but we were offered medium bed which is not. Our bedroom bin was full but nobody came in to sort it out. We are not coming back again

You booked a room with a double bed you you can’t sleep a 14 15 year old child with with oversized adults , not sure what you was thinking or expecting

its very much as expected. A low cost room, great value. Good communication made easy access easy. The property is very close to the town centre which has plenty of options to eat and drink.

Would not stay here again. Shocking.
My stay here was not the best. We were given 1 small towel between the 2 of us. The so called ‘smart TV’ couldn’t play anything but free view. No Netflix YouTube or anything like that. The toilet seat was hanging off and the floors looked as if they haven’t been hoovered in weeks. The water pressure was non existent and kept cutting out. There was also used hotel soap bars left and presented in the bathroom for us, covered in hairs

Incredibly disappointing
1) No towel rack 2) Heating isn't constant 3) No change of bedsheets was offered 4) No replacement for tea or coffee in my 5days there 5) Ceiling lights keep flickering, so awfully annoying 6) No double glaze window

Very nice little place! Rain shower was very nice, water temp control was a little wonky but everything else was great. Will stay here again next time I go to Preston.

Clean, comfy and modern room & excellent location
I arrived by train, the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Preston station. Check in is done over the phone and was very easy. You ring the owner who lets you in, takes you through the steps and you have fobs to let you in and out for the rest of the stay. The room itself was clean, modern, comfy and had the facilities you’d expect like tea and coffee, TV and a bathroom with walk in shower. The bed was very comfy. Because it was very warm there was a fan in the room and bottled water. There was a continental breakfast included, you help yourself to croissants, toast, juice, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven and hob so you could cook your own food. The only negatives I have were with the bathroom which had a loose toilet seat, a light which occasionally flickered and a long hair in the sink when I arrived (definitely not mine.) Also there was some road noise but I am a light sleeper so brought ear plugs to block it out. The bathroom issues are minor things which could easily be sorted and have not put me off staying again which I definitely would. The location was perfect. I went to the Ribble steam railway which is a leisurely 35-40 minute walk along the river or 20 minutes on a nearby bus. There’s a convenience shop over the road and an Aldi in the town centre should you need anything.
Double bed, TV and tea & coffee makin facilities.
Sash window for ventilation and blackout blinds.
Nearby river walks.

Quiet accomodation central location
Hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Did not try the continental breakfast so cannot comment on this. Room was in loft space so quite small,shower pressure very poor.walls quite scuffed looked untidy.bath towel had make up on (not mine i hasten to add) pillows very cheap flat and uncomfortable with no protectors on either..little things that need attention..stairs are very steep and top flight no banister quite dangerous.that really does need addressing from a health and safety perspective.

Stayed two nights. Very clean room and everything i needed was provided. Great location, couple of minutes walk to centre. Muhammed is very helpful. Will stay here again.

Great place for night in Preston
Lovely clean room. Very steep stairs to top floor which after a couple of drinks was fun to navigate. Warm and comfortable. Lovely continental breakfast foods available. Will stay again.

Good place to stay over at a reasonable cost
Easy place to stay in - room was clean and comfortable and in a great central location. Not much room in the breakfast kitchen but I wasn't really bothered about breakfast anyway

I love staying at Spring Bank Apartments their rooms are big and clean with nice Comfy beds. I have stayed In the place twice no disappointments. Very good customer service !!

Not for the family
Its very good property for solo traveller. Mr Mohammed was too good to support you for your needs but he is not available in the property so you feel bad to call him for any need. The property is not good for family and especially with kids. You can not leave them alone and also can not ask them to go back alone to the hotel.

I am regularly in Preston for business and this is one of my prefered hotels. It's a few minutes walk from the railway station and from where I work so is ideally placed for me as I leave my car at home. Close to he city centre for shops and restaurants etc.

Good location
Close to train station and town centre. Unique way of checking in by calling the owner who buzzes you in and key is waiting for you in the room. Room is compact but clean and functional and very comfy bed. Breakfast is make yourself but had enough to set me up for the day. Ideal if you want a one night stay where you won't be in the room much.

The only thing that could have improved our stay would be if we weren't on the top floor, as smokers up and down those stairs was a pain but can't fault the room or the overall stay, some tinfoil and baking trays wouldn't go amiss in the kitchen too we would stay again

Good location (close to the train station) very easy to check in, clean and comfy bed (nice breakfast too). All very GOOD, apart from the cars noice from outside which didn’t let me sleep very much (double or triple window required please)
