Hotel beeeem simples. Instalações bem antigas, precisamos solicitar troca de quarto pois o inicial o frigobar não funcionava e o ar condicionado estava sem as pás. Cama confortável, lençóis, travesseiros e cobertas limpas. Banheiro com infiltração, vaso estava meio solto, porta sem fecho, chuveiro molhando tudo em volta exceto em cima da gente.

Terrível. As fotos são muito melhores do que a realidade. Não tinha luz nos corredores, encontramos 2 baratas no banheiro que era pessimo. Travesseiro sujo. Não tive coragem de tomar o café da manhã.

Péssimo

Limpeza péssima, lençol não foi trocado encontrei fios de cabelos de outros hospedes na cama, banheiro sem papel higiênico, troca de quarto de última hora por confusão do atendente, quarto sem interfone, com lâmpada queimada, comunicação ruim da recepção, elevador sem ventilação e extremamente fedido, outros hospedes com as portas dos quartos abertas e fumando no corredor, estacionamento horrível e pouco iluminado. O quarto não condiz em nada com as fotos publicadas.

Primeiro que fizeram a reserva errada e não tinha quarto para nós, aí depois arrumaram um quarto para 3 pessoas. E queriam colocar um colchão no chão e nem cabia no quarto de tão pequeno que o quarto era. O banheiro era velho, um chão horrível, meus filhos nem queriam tomar banho nele, a janela basculante do quarto não fechava. Café da manhã bem fraquinho também. Pessima experiência

O hotel tem valor acessível e de modo geral é bom! Alguns detalhes somente. No meu quarto a porta do banheiro não tinha trava o sanitário estava solto e o chuveiro com os furos bem entupidos e e to telefone não funcionou para ligar na recepção

Bem razoável

Quarto não estava totalmente limpo, estacionamento parece abandonado, sujo e escuro. Elevador cheirando xixi. E colocaram nós em quarto triplo, sendo que reservei quádruplo. Mas depois a atendente resolveu, quando falamos que não queríamos mais.

A Experiência com o Hotel Itavera Master foi decepcionante. O atendimento é muito confuso, me cobraram duas vezes no cartão de credito, enquanto fiquei apenas uma noite. Tenho tentado contactar o hotel para estorno do que foi cobrado mais, pelo canal de comunicação com o hotel, mas não tive nenhuma resposta, muita falta de respeito como o cliente.
