    The Space:

    Escape to the Luella House, a four-bedroom oasis located at the top of North Prescott''s hillside. This spacious abode is perfect for multi-generational families and large groups alike; boasting an outdoor grill and basketball court, you can relax in style while taking advantage of all that northern Arizona has to offer such as exploring Sedona, Flagstaff or even the Grand Canyon! With Historic Downtown just fifteen minutes away — not to mention Embry Riddle University right around the corner— The Luella House offers something for everyone. Note-There is a long-term tenant in a separate apartment that stays to himself and uses the east side far garage door.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Luella House is the perfect base camp for exploring Sedona, Flagstaff, the Verde Valley and even the Grand Canyon!

    The Luella House is located at the top of a hillside in North Prescott, centrally located and 15 minutes to Historic Downtown and just minutes away from Embry Riddle University.

Loved the location. Beautiful views from every window and outside seating areas. Well stocked and the cleanest house we have rented. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

The property was so spacious for a big family. Had a lot of fun things to do in the home and around the property for younger kids. The decks were comfortable and had beautiful views. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Perfect space for our family. The property lovely as were the amenities.A minor maintenance issue with the dishwashers rotating sprayer arm being broken made the dishwasher unusable.Other than that, our stay was lovely.

Family Reunion

We had the best stay joining all of our relatives in the hometown of our mother and were so grateful for this large and spacious home we could make a home away from home! Fit 3 families incredibly comfortably and we loved having 4 bathrooms! Kitchen was well appointed and quite well stocked for a rental home.

Graduation Gathering

A wonderful place for our family gathering. Nancy and Eric made sure that everything was available to make sure our stay as good as it gets. Beautiful views, spacious accommodations, huge laundry room, no complaints from the 12 who stayed or those who visited. All were inpressed with the home and the views. Hope we can stay again nest year for the second graduation family reunion.

Amongst the Boulders

Prescott is one of my favorite cities. You are on top of a hill that gives you 360 degree views. Thumb Butte,Granite Mountain, Mingus Mountains. Sunsets and Sunrises. Great place.

Nice Pet Friendly Home

Overall the home was as described. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious, but the cookware and grill leave a lot to be desired. Recommend ordering in or eating out.

Family time

This place was full of enough room for all the fun. Kids ran around, phat patio balcony, plenty of room for 7 of us. The only down side was poor internet, no TV in living room area, off oder especially in MB, and some spiders througout the house. The veiws and small trails on the property were awesome. Very relaxing.

Review for Luella Lane

We had a pleasant stay at Luella Lane, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by an issue with the air conditioning. The AC in the rooms was out for the entire duration of our visit, making it uncomfortable to spend time indoors. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful. The property is charming, and we enjoyed the amenities and the overall ambiance. If the AC issue is resolved, it would be an ideal place to stay.

Prescott Getaway for a Group

We love this house so much -- it was perfect for hosting our son's baseball team for a cookout and sleepover during a tournament weekend. The basement was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space allowed for plenty of cars as well as room for kids to play basketball. The view cannot be beat. I want to wake up to that sunrise every day! We were a little surprised to discover there is a tenant in a basement apartment that wasn't made clear in the listing. He did not disturb us, but I was worried about the noise level of the ten kids we had there. Overall, a great stay!
