  • The best location in town, this updated Victorian duplex is just 3 mins walk to the Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. Fabulous restaurants, bars & cafe's within a stones' throw. Park your car and enjoy all that Prescott offers on your doorstep. If your dates aren't available, try checking our adjacent unit in the same house. Same amenities, same great location: https://www.vrbo.com/2726718
    No children or pets allowed. The City of Prescott allows a maximum stay of 29 days in short term rentals like ours. If you are interested in staying longer you would have to do separate bookings.

Beautiful historic home

The home was so charming, beautiful neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the downtown square. The hosts were quick to respond when we needed help with our check in. Would absolutely stay again.

Good location

This cute cottage duplex is close to the square and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here in Prescott. Great hiking trails, restaurants, and happy hour spots.

Family Visit to Prescott

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a week while visiting our daughter and family. Very clean, comfortable and easy access to downtown. This place had everything you'd need. Will consider staying here again in the future.Randy and Susan were great hosts and even checked in with us a few days into our stay!

We wanted to stay close to the courtyard square, and this was on point. What a lovely place. We enjoyed our stay, walks, lights and oh yes the Donuts, just around the corner.

Great location, lovely property

We were in town for a celebration at the Hassayampa Inn. This property is conveniently located near the square and the owners were very accommodating. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it.
