Great hosts. Very communicative and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location was excellent, the space was exactly the right size for our needs, and the easy parking was a huge plus.
Just a couple blocks from downtown. We absolutely loved the location. Close enough for a short brisk walk to downtown and far enough away to enjoy a quiet historic neighborhood. Perfect little get away. Would definitely come back!
We have stayed at the Historical Farmhouse several times and it never disappoints. This trip was to take part in the Christmas Market at the Square and Mortimer Farms Christmas Dinner & Show. The location of the house is awesome and so comfortable. Will definitely be back!
Cozy historical farmhouse with three comfortable bedrooms and quiet outside patio for relaxing. Great for family or girls’ weekend. Walking distance to Sprouts, the nearest grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked, although with such easy access to great restaurants we ate all meals out. Top notch dining at Bear and Dragon, as well as Atmosfir. Don’t miss them when spending time in Prescott. Another great location is Lazy G for consistent quality food and service. Annie was a wonderful host and communication was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. Great information about Prescott was provided by our hosts. If this is your first visit to Prescott, this home will not disappoint. It’s clean, comfortable and the location is superb.
This is our second stay at this charming historic home just blocks away from Historic downtown Prescott. The home is comfortable and provides all the amenities needed for a great stay. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels and a great kitchen. Our favorite spot was the front porch to sit and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet literally walking distance to Whiskey Row and shopping. The owners are great too! This home is our first choice when we need to escape Phoenix! Absolutely worth every penny! Hope to be back soon.

Disappointed
First let me say the house is really cute, but we had several issues from start to finish. Booking dates and fees were being messed up a few days before we were supposed to arrive, was corrected. Check in was easy. found dirty pots in the drawer. Bought a few items (muffins and bagels) for breakfast the next morning, they were never opened but found them covered with ants in the morning, on the kitchen counter. Threw them out, moved the garbage outside during our stay and kept killing the ants on the counter. The outside picnic table also had ants crawling over it. Grill and grill utensils need cleaning. Tried calling the contact first morning of our stay didn't get any response until a message thru VRBO inbox came across the morning we left. Such simple things to correct, it could be just a wonderful place to stay. We did not cook while there at all.
We loved staying at the house and can’t wait to visit again. Perfect location and the house had everything we needed. Perfect decor and very comfortable for everyone.
We loved our stay. The front porch was a great place to visit and people watch. We enjoyed the backyard too! The house is nicely decorated with many special touches.
This was the most adorable home. Perfect for three moms looking for a little R&R. Located in a beautiful historic district and walking distance to the courthouse and whiskey row!
The Farmhouse over delivered for our weekend stay. It was immaculately clean, fully furnished, and very well organized. Great communication with the owner, and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Prescott.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is impeccably clean and efficiently laid out. It has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. Would rent it again in a heartbeat
