The home was all that was advertised and more! Quiet, clean, and spacious, it was within walking distance to downtown attractions and restaurants. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The rental rate was a bargain considering all the property had to offer. We plan to return to the area next year and will look to see if this property is available first!

Great stay for College Visit!

This home is now at the top of my rental stays! Came to town for son’s college visit and location was excellent, not only for walkable entertainment, shopping and restaurants, but also for day trip hikes at nearby lakes and Sedona area. Host not only make you feel at home, but are very responsive and welcoming. We are already planning our next trip to stay here!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and quiet but very close to downtown. There are some businesses across the street which were convenient for food and coffee in a pinch. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time in this very spacious VRBO. The location was perfect. 5 min walk to The Courthouse, shops, bars, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. We already booked for next year.

Beautiful Prescott getaway

This location is amazing! The beds are comfy, it's so clean inside. Luxurious is the word we would describe it as. This place is so close to downtown, as well as a shopping center for groceries and a convenience store. We will definitely be booking this location again!

This property is located right off whiskey row seriously a 5 min walk ! Check in was a breeze and the house was clean and exactly as promised. Perfect for our annual girls trip to see the Christmas lighting !! Definitely will stay again .
