    Enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, great for walks, jogging, and mountain biking. Just a short walk to an easy hike along a beautiful (seasonal) stream that ends in a small waterfall (directions inside the house).

    Sit outside under the covered patio, sip coffee or cocktails, bird watch, and enjoy the trees and breeze. Enjoy the relaxing swing under the tall pines, have a campfire in the firepit, or enjoy the backyard games with your friends and family. FREE FIREWOOD is provided!

    Attention Pet Owners:
    Pets are welcome. There is a 1 time $75 Pet Accommodation Charge. The yard is 100% enclosed (photos might show before the yard was enclosed). Wild animals are known to walk around the property. Javelina and skunk can appear out of nowhere especially at night. There are also hawks, eagles and owls in the area. Keep an eye on small pets. Please pick up pet waste before you leave.

    The lot is very safe and we've never had an incident, but we like you to be safe

    There is a small gate to block off the laundry room area. If you need to leave your pet unattended, please block them off in this area. If your pet can jump over the gate, then arrange to bring a crate or bring them with you.

    Parents: There is a pack-n-play and a booster seat in the house. If you require anything else, ask about rentals from a local business.

    Floodlight Cameras are facing the front, carport, and rear of the house. These cameras are there for your safety and security. Upon request, any recorded footage will be deleted after checkout.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this great VRBO! Great location, literally 5 minutes to downtown. Backyard was great for the dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the games and had a fun game night. Would definitely recommend this house for a fun stay!

Nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Even though it was located on a corner lot the traffic noise was not noticeable indoors. Host responded quickly to my questions. Home was very clean and had many little extras for adults and children. Nice backyard but would be nice to have the backyard fully enclosed for young children and pets. Good location.

Well Appointed--Everything You Could Need on Holiday

The home has been upgraded in every conceivaable way. Very comfortable for a couple or an entire family. The home is SUPER-well equipped with anything and everything one may need while visiting. Great stay - with an EV charger!

Everything about the place is top notch. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again. We drove our electric vehicle up from the valley. It was such a nice piece of mind to have a charger there for us. All conveniences are there, and professionally displayed. Our bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had good water pressure. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Thanks for a relaxing place to stay!

Cozy and well-appointed

We enjoyed our stay. The interior was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with extras such as spices, cooking oils, oatmeal packets, and an abundance of coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, as there's a great hiking trail just minutes from the home. Kids loved the arcade. Thanks again, Mike, for sharing your home with us.

Backyard pines

This house had it all. Views, trees, wildlife and beautiful weather. The host paid attention to every detail, anything you needed was there. The outdoor space was amazing from the chairs, table, grill and cornhole . We highly recommend this home and we will be back ! Thank you Mike !

Would rent this property again and again

I rented this property to house our four adult grandsons during a family celebration. It could not have been more perfect. Some property descriptions will state how many people a house will sleep, but I specifically needed a house with four distinct bedrooms. This was it. The house is beautiful and the amenities were much appreciated. And to boot, the host was incredibly responsive to all my questions. Overall, this was an outstanding experience!

We stayed here during a wedding over the weekend. The house was beautiful, well equipped with anything you might need while there, and had plenty of space for 2 families. The coffee bar was an awesome touch, and the overall property was beautiful. Very close to downtown, but far enough that we saw some deer walking through the backyard. Will definitely be staying here in the future. Cannot recommend enough. Also the arcade games kept the kids (and adults) entertained the entire time too!! The property owner was super responsive and very accommodating as well!!

Pleasantly Unexpected Snow Trip

Our stay was incredible. We drove in from Southern California with our young kids and by the time we were in Arizona (ahead of schedule) Mike had already messaged that we could check in before the normal check in time as the house was ready. The house was equipped with everything we needed to keep the kids busy and deal with/play in the snow. We were able to cook every night and live with the comforts of home. We will book this house every time we come to Prescott!
