The historic home was quaint and clean. Communication with owners was easy and quick. Very close to downtown near the courthouse, food and entertainment was within very quick walking distance. Would stay again. Thank you!

A very nice cottage listed on the Historic Home Registry built at the end of the 1800's. It had everything we needed but did have noisy AC window units. The location was excellent with shops, restaurants, museums, etc. all within a 5-10 minute walk.

The location is perfect for walking to and spending time in downtown. The cottage is well supplied if you want to cook and eat in rather than going out. This was our third year staying for a week in the cottage.

Great location and nice accommodations

The hosts and their housekeeping staff were really a pleasure to deal with and responsive. The location is perfect- walk or drive to pretty much anything you need or want to do within ten minutes. The unit is just right for two people whether a weekend, 2-3 day or longer stay; very comfortable. We ate out about 1/3 of the time and the kitchen was just fine for eating in. Bottom line: recommended.

Awesome bed and a hot shower close to town

Checking in was simple and the owners communicated well. If there were any issues with our stay, they made a plan to accommodate us. Grateful for the location that really was walking distance to downtown

Cooler temps are possible in AZ!

Our stay at “Nob Hill” was comfortable, restful and cooler than back home in Tucson. We wanted the convenience of walking to shops, museums and restaurants from our stay and this property gave us that! Along with the peace and comfort of a welcoming property.

Always a great stay!

Our 3rd annual visit to Prescott and staying on this property never disappoints. Susan and Randy are super easy, units are exceptionally clean and location is peaceful with easy walking distance to downtown. A wonderful stop on our annual southwestern tour.

Historical Location

We stayed 2 nights at this quaint little yellow house. The neighborhood is quiet and full of beautiful historical homes. It is within walking distance to old downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook an evening meal and breakfast. The host provided snacks and bottled water. The host provided quick responses to all communication and the check-out instructions were simple.

Nob Hill Notable!

VERY clean unit with lots of windows and light. Loved that about the house. Super comfy bed and cute bath. Heater in the living area really does heat the entire unit quite well. Kitchen was quite adequate for our needs and it was nice to have most of the space of the unit devoted to comfy sitting areas, a nice dining area, and a generous bed and closet area. We walked to the downtown quite easily from the home location and we are in our 70s. Really a perfect location for those who like to explore on foot. The parking out front allowed for easy loading and unloading. The back door from the kitchen made it simple to take out the garbage. Just a neat little gem of a place devoted to comfort and coziness. We loved it!

A Real Gem in Prescott AZ

Clean, comfortable, well stocked, super nice hosts!! Felt like family. Very responsive to needs. We stayed in this wonderful home for 23 days and would definitely stay here again and again! 2 blocks from historic downtown area.

Old West meets North Pole

If you’re short on Holiday Spirit, you’ve got to visit Prescott, Arizona. Each December, Prescott Square is transformed into a Christmas Wonderland! And this adorable house on Nob Hill is just a short walk to the square and all the shops and restaurants surrounding it. The house itself has all the amenities you’ll need for a stress-free getaway.

Quick getaway

The little yellow house was so nice looking from the street and inside was so clean and comfortable. Roger was so nice to let us adjust our time of stay and was so friendly both online and in person. Michelle was very nice and helpful
