Comme le descriptif précise que nous recevrons le code le jour même (une belle arnaque bien préparée) nous n’avons pas pu annuler et reprendre une autre resa dans ce lieu recule de la France sans possibilité d’hébergement . "Found the perfect stopover for our drive down to the South of France. The apartment was really well appointed and was really impressed with the setting and facilities. The cathedral backdrop just added to the experience and was the best alarm clock for our check out the next morning. Was a shame it was just a brief stay, and we’ll be sure to check the availability on our next French adventure. Great apartment, and superb hosts … merci"

"Helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was average quality; tea bags kept at reception so you had to ask for them but I guess people had been taking them! Restaurant was good - majority of diners seem to be single people probably on business trips. Room was very small but also quiet. No lift so might be unsuitable for clients who have mobility issues. Strange that there is a notice in the room about paying for any glasses you might steal! Maybe reflects a poor experience on their part!"

"It was better than we expected. The 1 BR apartment we booked was as spacious as a vacation home. The kitchen was also very well equipped. The bathroom could yuse a couple of hooks to hang the towels and a shelf by the sink for toiletries. But for one night stay, it was great. We didn't try the breakfast and so cannot comment on that."

"Brit Hotel not helpful during emergency situation. Not responding to emails and calls prior to check in. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them."
