    "Le Bigorneau Préfaillais" is a beautifully renovated 4-room vacation rental of 104 m2, fully refurbished in 2024 and designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property enjoys a south-facing orientation that fills the interior with natural light throughout the day, and the thoughtfully curated furnishings create a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout.

    The main living and dining area features a panoramic window offering both north-facing and south-facing aspects, a dining table, and a flat-screen television. Direct access from this space leads to a south-facing terrace of 25 m2, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation with a marvellous view of the sea.

    The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower room with WC and a double hand-basin. This room also provides direct access to the private swimming pool. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms.
