In the resort Hůrka u Němčic, 12 km from the centre of Klatovy, 50 km from the centre of Bayerisch Eisenstein, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the skiing area. Private: property 3'200 m2 (fenced), lawn and trees, meadow, indoor pool heated (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Tennis, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton, volleyball court, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, billiard table, playroom. Oktober Urlaub 2025

An den Haus gibt es eigentlich so gut wie kaum was zu bemängeln. Bis auf die Lage mann muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen kein Restaurant oder Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Haus und Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Objekt

Wir hatten super Wetter. Aber auch bei Regen und am Abend kommt hier keine lange Weile auf, da es viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung gibt. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen deutsch.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist super schön. Pool hatte 27 Grad. Sehr ruhig gelegen und viele Pilze. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sprechen gutes deutsch. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort. Daumen hoch.

Dieses Urlaub hat mir gar nicht gefallen

Ärzte und haupte schwimmpool Raum nicht beheizbar also war kalt Spielraum nicht beheizbar auch kalt in Beschreibung steht gar nicht ob diese Räume nicht beheizbar, schwimmpool Boden hat gar keine Gefühle überall Wasser steht ich habe ausgerutscht und Knie verletzt. WiFi funktioniert ganz schlecht

Het verblijf in dit huis was erg goed niets op aan te merken.1 puntje van krietiek het tuinmeubilaie was gedateerd (oud) en zat niet comfortabel. Ligbedden kapot. Moeten.vervangen worden Reistips: Praag zien wn Pilzen verder Fantastische omgeving

Eine sehr tolles und gepflegte...

Eine sehr tolles und gepflegtes Haus. Sauberer Pool und viel Ruhe zum entspannen. Nette Besitzer und immer zur Stelle , sollte etwas nicht passen. Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal dort und können das Haus nur bestens empfehlen. Es ist alles dabei, für Groß undKlein. Die Kinder können Tennis, Tischtennis, Federball spiele, im Pool baden und anschließend im Garten schön sonnen. Die Älteren können schon gemütlich zusammensitzen und gemütlich Grillen. Alles perfekt. Also wer wirklich Ruhe und Entspannung will dann ist es dort genau das richtige. Top und nur zu empfehlen.
